Failure. Stay away from the Sevice Department here if you ever want your machine back in a timely fashion and want it back fixed correctly without loose bolts, disconnected hoses, missing parts. Before I even got to ride my machine it had to go back there 5 times to correctl mistakes. The General Manager apologize and state "everybody makes mistakes " Unbelievable how any brand would puy their name behind Motorcycle Mall. Have complaint with Department of Consumer Affairs and CanAm Corporate.

They overcharge you for repairs. They lie to you if you ask for estimates. I am suing them

 I am writing about disgusting and nasty service I have experienced at MOTORCYCLE MALL, BELLEVILLE NJ. The owner down to the SERVICE MANAGER are horrible to deal with. The scenario was July 15 we dropped off the bike for diagnostic at MOTORCYCLE MALL, BELLEVILLE NJ. They asked us fillout all the issue the motorbike was having which we did where we listed that motorbike was losing power on highway on 2nd gear and ok on neutral plus engine check light was on. After dropping off 4 days they call us and say your bike is ready the throttle body has a leak we fixed it and all is ok on the motorbike. We arrive at the service center and battery of the motorbike is down. We could not even test out if the issue was resolved. We paid $390 as quoted at this time. They said your battery died so we said we have a new battery so we provided them new batteries and added some maintenance work on the motorbike such as new tires, clutch, brake fluid flush, and new break pads-Quoted us $725. Got told your bike will be ready by this weekend which it was not. July 31 is when the work started on the bike when we get another call “OH we have to charge you for $40 for Break Fluid and 2 hours labor for tire change” We told them ok for break fluid which is when you quoted us $725 when they made us sign $725 work order and it included tire change. I told them we are not willing to pay another 2 hour labor charge when it was part of original $725 quotation. We got a call on Tuesday August 1 come pick up the bike it is ready! We arrived and paid them $775.0. As soon as we started the motorbike it had white smoke coming out, engine now making knocking noise and original complaint of no pickup on 2nd gear existed. Only check engine light was off which I am aware can be turned off manually.

We asked them to speak to manager who gave us attitude, was not willing to help us. They said you have to pay another $389 to get another diagnosis. I said I already paid for it!! I said even if I pay another $389 what guarantee is there that another problem will not comeup. They said “you have to keep paying us every time! We are humans we don’t know everything!!” at this point this manager was yelling at us infront of other customers and staff.

Then shows up the owner who apparently not the owner but his son owns the MOTORCYCLE MALL, BELLEVILLE NJ. However he did not know anything about the issue. Now claimed your motorbike has no oil- there was oil we made a video checking it ourselves and he kicked us out of the business and said “ WILL NOT HELP YOU” “FOR MORE MONEY AND THEN WE WILL TRY TO FIGURE OUT YOUR MOTORBIKE PROBLEM”. We arrived at MOTORCYCLE MALL, BELLEVILLE NJ at 5pm and we had again get our motorbike towed home. It was towed at 9pm.

I HAD A 6MONTH OLD WITH ME AND SUCH RUDE AND NASTY BEHAVIOR WILL MAKE ME NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. NIGHTMARE! 

This is tell all of you to STAY AWAY from this place. They have a decent selection of bikes, but that's the only thing that's good about this place. I went in to get an '07 leftover Hayabusa, had a price of $8999 on it, the salesgirl said she had wiggle room of $1000 on the bike. Went back the next week with $9000 cash in hand - figured if they came down to $7999 with taxes and all it should be enough, she claimed she never said that and didn't even offer to sweeten deal, tried to sell for $10,900!!! They said it includes, prep and registration - ON A 3 YEAR OLD BIKE!!!! Look on web, other reviews on this place from people unfortunate to buy from here.
