utterly ridiculous. first ordered cancelled without customer's knowledge. placed second order and it arrived late and with no ignition, key or any way to start the unit. now they won't return phone calls and forced me to get an attorney. this was my six year old's birthday. thanks a lot for ruining it. they didn't inspect it as promised on the website. good luck.

Bought 2 ATVs 125cc along with the one year warranty for Christmas and the carburetor went bad. I placed the ordered in April and still waiting for them. Customer service is horrible their reponse is we don't know when we may get them still some where in the ocean on a ship from China but don't worry as soon a we get the parts we will shipped to you.

Do your self a favor Do not do business with them.

I purchased a brand new ATV from their site end of Oct 2013 and have only ridden no more than 100 yards before it broke down. So many problems with the bike, and the worst of all, it's their customer service. They will NOT call you back. They will NOT refund. They will NOT exchange. They simply will NOT do anything!!!

I called my credit card company to "charge back" the account. The credit card customer service specialist tried to call them to resolve the issue. Guess what? They don't answer the phone and they did not call her back either.

Do yourself a favor. Do not buy from this site.

The ATV looks beautiful but you had better go over every items on the engine. Nothing but trouble since day one. Not quite a year old and have hardly been able to ride it. Cylinder and head bolts were not even tightened. Hole or crack in the cylinder.

This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with an online company. I am sure as long as your item is running and working, you would be a happy customer. But look out if it doesn't work!

I purchased the Tarantula 110cc ATV in metallic burgundy for my 5yr old who was very excited to ride it when it arrived. This was back in August. The ATV has NEVER worked. Wouldn't even turn over. I have contacted the company several times. They have sent me parts, saying it's this or it's that. Nothing has ever worked. Then they sent me a wiring harness, which wasn't even for that model and wouldn't fit! Also - let's bring this into perspective - I am NOT a mechanic, so have no idea how to fit this. They suggested I take it to a mechanic, paying for their service out of my own money. I have continually asked to speak to a manager. They will not get them on the phone saying they are busy. This place is simply receives their supplies from China. Do not check them before they go out to the customer, and WILL NOT assist the customer if the item is a dud. it is now November, and I still have a broken ATV. I have basically thrown $620 down the drain, and I have a very disappointed 5 yr old. Potential buyers please BEWARE of this company!

We ordered a atv and expected free shipping since it said it on the website. When it was supposed to come they emailed us that we have to pay an extra 100$ for shipping. They took our money and kept them for several days then told us we have to pat more. Then they tell us that we have to give the m money or they won't send it. We tried to contact the costumer service but they were rude and told us that they don't care and we need to pay the money. We tried explaining that it was a surprise gift for my boy's birthday and we expected the gift earlier.

All we did was lose time, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

So after over two weeks of doing online research of trikes, I finally decided to go with megamotormadness and order a trike. I had a lengthy conversation with "Max" and he assured me that they had what I wanted in stock. I call to go ahead and place the order and I was told that it would not be available until the end of May. It's just the middle of April and I have to wail until the end of May. What total crap...what a total disappointment today has been. After all of the research, getting the $ together and now I have to wai a month and a half!!! that is total crap..so heed my warning...make sure that they (whoever you want to order from) has what you want in stock. If there was a negative star, that is what I would have suggested.

Fast response and reliable.I brought my bike for some exhaust work and am very satisfied with the experience. Fast turnaround, great service, and a reasonable price. Not to mention care and attention to detail only I thought I could have for MY bike.
