Horrendous !!!
Horrendous. Worst dealers I have ever used. Gave my motorbike back to me after a service with no brake pads in the front, caused damage to my bike. Initially denied they had even touched the brakes on that service. Finally offered to put the damage right but that was it... Only when I complained to Triumph, the workshop manager called and offered me my next service “complemetory”. Fast forward to that service and they carried out hundreds of pounds worth of work on the bike without asking me and slapped me with a massive bill. On top of that the bike was booked in and meant to be ready that day but it took 18 days until I got it back!!! Never again, avoid like the plague. I can’t believe they are still in business.

Fine Until You Have Parted With Your Money
no interest in you or your bike once you have parted with your money
Such a shame they have the monopoly of dealerships in the area
So unimpressed, my new bike didn't even make its first service there, I wouldn't trust that it would even be done
Sadly my review is the same as many, just wish I had read them before buying my bike there
Total Jokers
Total Jokers!!
Happily will take your cash! Problem with your motorcycle after that? Oh dear - should have bought it somewhere else - ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

No Good Deals Here
Had an "interesting" experience when trying to buy a new bike here yesterday.
I responded to an ebay ad for "pre reg" bike. Slap head salesman took an age to see me but confirmed he had one bike remaining.
Eventually offered me a derisory P/X price for my bike but then added a further £1000 to the advertised price for the new bike.
Remember when they were breakers? Not much seems to have changed!

Appauling Service For Loyal Customers
Having spent a small fortune to the tune of around 100k on various bikes with Laguna over the years you would think that you could get some respect and a decent service. However you'd be wrong!
The sales team as a whole are awful the only exceptions are the most experienced members of staff that have been there for years the new lot don't generally have a clue about bikes and any good ones they get don't stick around for long what does that tell you?
Oh and for anybody wondering what the margins are for this lot I'll tell you 1500 quid, every bike I have ever traded in I've always been told that it was the absolute best price that they could give me then a week or two later it's up for sale for at least 1500 more than the "best" price they could give. Utter rip of merchants I have no idea how they have managed to gather all of the franchises given their levels of customer service.
Avoid and try other dealers elsewhere I stick to BMW now their servicing costs might be high but at least it matches their customer service levels. The amount of times Laguna have failed me is beyond mesasure, parts not being installed because they didn't know how or scratches on my bikes that weren't there before, even running the fuel down and not replacing it then denying all knowledge that they did it. Hope the manufacturers wake up and strip them of their franchises would be nice to see somebody else get them because I bet they would do a better job than these bunch of clowns...
I think the have got too big now, only seem interested in selling you a brand new bike, I just acquired a Ktm (privately) and amazingly they stock f all spares , joke!

Poor After-sales Service
Bought a new Bonneville at the back end of last year; staff seemed very helpful and keen to take my money. Have had a problem with the clocks fogging-up recently, for no apparent reason. Basically, staff have told me to sort out the issue with Triumph directly. I would have thought purchasing a motorcycle through a Triumph main dealer I could expect a little more in the way of concern and support from that dealer when dissatisfied with the product. Same old story of calls not be returned when told explicitly that they would call me straight back. Always had to do the chasing and even then they appear to have washed their hands of the issue. Less than impressed with their attitude. Would I purchase another bike from them? Probably not.

Great Customer Service
Last week on my way to work I had a rear wheel puncture on my Honda CBF600 .i managed to limp my bike into Lagunas in Maidstone and as I was already late for work I was hoping they could look at it straight away.
After explaining that I needed to get to work they took my bike straight into the workshop and fitted a new rear tyre (the tyre was on its last legs anyway)at a very good price and they had me back on the road in no time they even lubed my chain for me.
I'm really impressed with their level of service and how friendly they all are .
Highly recommended

Avoid At All Costs
Damaged my bike during an MOT which they denied. Failed my bike which had been mot'd and passed with flying colours only 300miles earlier. List as long as your arm. Bike taken elsewhere and passed first time. If you you want to be ripped off to put a few extra pounds In These guys pockets this is the place to go. Customer service comes with an attitude here, you can wait several minutes to be served whilst the counter staff chat to their mates. Clearly I'm not a valued customer let's hope you are...

Good Sales, But Why The Hidden Admin Charge?
I recently purchased a second hand motorbike from Laguna, part exchanging my own bike at the same time. Both the original Salesman and the person I dealt with who dealt with the final hand over were excellent. Very professional and polite (plus free coffee). The showroom is spaceous and clean, and projects a very professional business.
The only reason I will not give Laguna 5 stars is the ridiculous attitude of adding on £40 to the final cost for "admin charges". To add this on to all bike sales is stupid. They are in the business of selling bikes. If they need to add this on, then show it on the price of the bike, not as an hidden extra, as you cannot avoid paying it.
Despite this niggle, I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
