Best Customer Service From Any Company I Have Dealt With!!
The person I dealt with showed professionalism from start to finish. Bike reviewed over the phone and you tube, no pressure what so ever. Friendly, polite and says how it is. I needed the bike quickly and seemlessly and that's what happened. I was very impressed with how I was dealt with, especially at this very testing time. You are credit to the company. Keep doing what your doing.will definitely deal with KJM again. Thanks guys

Well Guys, I've Been And Gone And Done It!
I'm both a motorcyclist, (I own of a 1998 Honda Blackbird) and Yes, I'm a cyclist too!
I decided to call in at KJM's to check out their range of motorcycles - and, (WOW) yes I came out with an 'Electric bike' to add to my collection of bicycles!
All the staff, at KJM are 'definitely not' Bums-in-seats salespersons! - each person did their very best to help, and or answer my, (sometimes awkward) questions - Thanks guys!
KJM is definitely worth a coat of looking at - I can throughly recommend this company to all!

Shocking Kjm Sales
I enquired about a Maxsym 400 scooter, I then travelled to Wigan on same day (east coast to Wigan)and purchased the Maxsym, I also purchased a rack a top box and 2 helmets £3,500.The bike arrived 3 weeks later no rack and top box fitted as was agreed at point of sale, so ended up fitting myself, bike arrived about 7th May ish. I have not heard a single word from the dealer since, customer service is totally disgusting, and I know this is because I had strong words due to rack and box not fitted expressing my annoyance at this lack of professionalism for an established business. Would I go again NEVER, am I happy with the Scooter and products bought yes, KJM wouldn't know that, as nobody has bothered asking,Shoddy aftersales

Shocking Customer Service
Tried to purchase an unregistered showroom bike off these guys ( MV Agusta Brutale 990r ). Only reason i went for it was because it was there, in stock and ready to go. I live quite far away so the deal was done over the phone, they offered me a reasonable price for my old bike as part ex so i paid the deposit and a deal was struck. That was 6 weeks ago. I told them i wanted to wait till after Mar 1 so the bike could be registered on a 16 plate, not a problem they said, delivery would be a few days after that, around Mar 5, but not set in stone. I called them on Mar 1 to confirm a delivery date only to be told they had requested the bike 2 weeks previously as it was at one of their other showrooms and it hadn't arrived so they would chase it up and call me back. I received a phone call an hour later to be informed that there had been a part taken off the bike i was trying to buy, supposedly to fix another bike. I was informed that a new part had been ordered from dealer and would be delivered and fitted that day. They would call me back later that with the registration details. No phone call that day or the day after, so i called back again on Mar 3 to be told that the part was fitted and the bike good to go. He said he had emailed me the registration details the day before which i never received, no worries though as he gave me registration details over the phone. All they were waiting for now was a delivery slot and he would call me back later that day with a delivery day. No phone call that day or the next 3 days so i called back today. Straight away the salesman i had been dealing with from the start put me on hold and transferred me to another person who i had not spoke to before. He explained to me that the bike was not ready to go as it was still at the other showroom and still without the part i had been told was fitted. Offered me free delivery as a sweetener but that wasn't good enough for me. I cancelled the purchase there and then. What started out very promising, quickly turned into a show of very poor customer service. I have purchased bikes via phone before and they could not have been easier, but this attempted deal has left me very wary of doing it again. I should not have had to chase them for information and to be given false information. Very poor show from the KJM team
Ignorant Sales Man

Lied To And Ignored
I purchased a MV Agusta F800 AES from KJM Superbike. I initially wanted a new one as advertised but they said they didn't have any left so managed to talk me in to buying a supposedly mint 2000m one that was around 18 months old so I broke my own rule and decided on this occasion I would buy a used bike from a dealer this is something I will never repeat!. The bike although looks very nice has the clutch slipping and also has had the insides of the exhaust cut out I also had to apply to the DVLA as they didn't send the log book off.
I was also assured that the tyres would be replaced and the bike would be serviced before delivery, neither of these things had been done, when I contacted these guys from KJM I was ignored told they would call back etc etc. I am now going to seek legal advice. I am not surprised that these guys lost the rights to Import MV Agusta as their after sales service is non existent .
To sum up they advertise bikes they don't have, talk you in to buying used stuff, lie to you and then ignore you when it's not right. They also do not deal with the paperwork correctly. These idiots are the exact type of dealership that give the entire motor dealing community the image that it has which is unfortunate for the genuine small family businesses out there that do a good job.
Avoid KJM Superbikes at all costs!!!!!
As a result of this review I got a call today from the owner of KJM who was disappointed I had been treated this way and he offered to put it right via a local dealer, can't be fairer than that.

Selling Imports As Uk Bikes, Lying To Customers
Sold me an imported Fireblade as a UK bike (that they imported without telling me). Since it wasn't a UK registered bike, when the bike was under a product recall for a tank that leaked fuel Honda UK didn't/couldn't tell me. It also has a Euro headlight that points the wrong way and won't pass a UK MOT. I complained and they just ignore all communication. Don't deal with these clowns, they are unprofessional, irresponsible and downright dangerous.
