I took my dianese jacket back today as a sharp piece of zip on the pocket was fraying the arm.

(I'm no good with names even after 3 years)

A member of staff greater me and asked what he could do for me.

I showed him the jacket expecting him to say I will have to send it back to dianese for inspection.

But no,a nice new jacket in exchange,thank you guys a five star service.

Fantastic motorbike sales team, headed by Nyall King. This company where the first to import the Yamahaa mt 09 abs, and it didnt take long from ordering over the phone, to delivery. All questions where answered straight away, and even the PCP scheme that im on, went through without any problems.I would defenately recommend this company as i received a first class service.

I emailed Clapham infinity with the exact top of the range Bering Atlas jacket (£400) and Dainese Jericho gloves (£130) that I wanted and was tol they stock both makes. I gave them a weeks notice of the exact time and date of my visit and asked them to make sure they had sizes to fit me in both.

I hacked my way across South East London and found a rare parking space and proceeded into the shop.

My reception?? they don't even stock the jacket I wanted!!!

Don't touch this lot with a bargepole.

I had the misfortune to break down in Balham on a Wednesday at about 10.00hrs, my battery had gone flat. I took the bus to Infinity to ask for assistance to be told that they do not have a bike pick up van but knew a man who did and gave me his mobile number. I rang the man who stated he couldn't do anything now but would be there sometime in the afternoon! I left the keys with Infinity and went about my work for the day awaiting a call to say my bike had been recovered but to no avail. Finally I rang them at 16.30hrs to be told the man had just turned up and was going to pick up my bike. The next day I rang again to ask had the bike been collected, it had and they would now look at it. I recieved a call from Infinity asking whether I had had any problems getting the seat off, I explained that Doble Motors did my servicing and I had never had to get the seat up. I got a call later on Thursday to say the bike was ready to pick up. I arrived on Friday morning they bought the bike to the front of the store but as I approached the bike (only just 3 yrs old and 3,400 miles) i noticed that the side to the rear of the seat was torn to shreds. i returned to the shop the service man came out and stated 'Oh, thats not good if you bring it back in a couple of weeks we will fix it' I declined and left the bike with them. I finally picked up the bike a week and two days later to discover that instead of replacing the seat INFINITY HAD CUT IT ACROSS THE MID LINE AND STICHED A DIFFERENT COLOUR AND TEXTURE CLOTH TO THE REAR OF THE SEAT. There was no explanation for this and no apology to the first damage. I found the whole experience with this firm as useless and will never go back to this store again and would advise anyone elses to avoid them like the plague.

ALL good with the bike sales, very professional and i would go back. Clothing not so good, i was basically told to f:-( off or buy something by a spiky haired blonde guy, while i was passing time waiting for the service department to finish my bike. The puncture they fixed. when i got another repair guy to fix another puncture he laughed at the way they repaired the hole, saying it wasn't done right at all!!!!

1st class customer service,very friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

Being a new inexperienced female rider I was nervous about going into a big dealership but was immediately put at ease by the staff who took a great deal of time to listen to my needs and to advise accordingly. I put a deposit down on a new Yamaha Fazer which I can't wait to pick up! I was introduced to a member of the great clothing dept who found me all the clothing I could afford with the budget I gave them. I'd recommend Infinity.

I do not recommend Infinity Motorcycles Clapham. I've never had serious bike problems before apart from 125's and since then I've had five big bikes including this litre one. I'm put off by my experience of this company.
