Mislead And Deceived Me Into Thinking I Was Purcha

Mislead and deceived me into thinking I was purchasing a two year old Vulcan 750 with only 560 miles. What I actually purchased was a 3 year old bike, out of warranty and major mechical problems. Totally stopped on its own on the freeway twice. When i returned the bike due to its poor "merchantability" they told me "no problem" we will "buy your old bike back" and sell you a new motorcycle and put your old one on the floor in two weeks and it will be sold right away. That was 7/2/06. They finally put it out on 9/5/06. It sits the today unsold since they missed the motorcycle season. They refused to sgin any papers of commitment at first telling me they were getting Kawasaki to OK the repairs for them. Guess who has been making two payments one on my new bike, the other that I havnt touched since 7/2/06. Gervasi's deserves to go out of business for their business ethics.

Overexaggeration? No, as of right now, 6/2/07, my 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan sits out in the back alleyway with all the repair bikes for the past year, full of dust, mud on tires, exposed to the weather etc. I have pictures, dates, condition of bike etc for the pat year. This all the time as they tell me it is on the showroom floor, cleaned, waxed etc, ready to sell. They had nothing to lose on this deal. They sold me two bikes, one used and one brand new, made two profits on me, promised to buy the first one back and just sat on it.

I strongly disagree with this review. I have been going to Gervasi's for 6 years and have never had any problems. They are good people who will do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. I think there was a misunderstanding or great exaggeration on laplouff's part.
