FORMOTORBIKES.COM should be closed down permanently,  once your paypal payment is confirmed, they cancel your order then initiate a PayPal refund, you think you will get your money back, no no, they will cancel the refund process right before the refund is completed, if you try contact them via email, good luck, they will not answer your emails, the phone number on their web site is a fake number, to get your money back you have to go through the painstaking process filing a dispute with PayPal, you may eventually get your money back after 1-2 month, it’s totally wasting of time, I’m guessing they are in deep financial trouble.

Do NOT buy from FORMOTORBIKES.COM, if you read the report, there are few others experienced the same problem.

Hi boys and girls, do NOT buy from these people, they will take your order, after you’ve paid they will cancel your order, and initiate a PayPal refund, right before the money should be refunded to your bank, they cancel the refund process, so you can’t ask for PayPal refund because refund had already been processed.

After they take your money, you will NOT hear from them, no matter how many emails you send, they will not answer your phone calls, the number on their web site is a fake number.

I have the bad experience, I will eventually get my money back, but it is totally waste of my time. BAD

I have placed an order for Nexx carbon helmet on 4th June which never for shipped. A month later, when I ask for refund the they delay this by a week. And now the refund has got cancelled. Never buy anything from them.

I had been wanting to order a new Nexx helmet whose ship date kept being pushed back due to distribution issues locally. After Googling around to see if I could order it from Europe/UK, I came across ForMotorbikes and reached out to them on Facebook. Not only did they reply immediately, but they were also incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and diligent in getting me my helmet quickly.

Long story short, here I am with my new helmet over a month before it’s even supposed to release here, having paid a great price for it (international shipping cost is super reasonable - I would’ve paid the same total cost if I bought it locally next month).

Any international buyers still on the fence about these guys.... trust me, you will not regret working with them.

I've got send the wrong helmet. Xr2 diablo with white reflectors old model instead of the xr2 dark devil. Looking forward to an solution and i will update my review once satisfied.

I ordered an item that was out of stock. I was able to cancel my order and refunded right away. I ordered the same item in a smaller size, which is what I needed, and I received it within two days all the way in Los Angeles, CA USA. All my questions we answered quickly, they were very helpful with everything and I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I've made 3 purchases so far over a couple of years. If there's anything to discuss I get a personalised complimentary email followed by despatch note email with tracking info. I recently purchased a new release helmet and was kept up to date throughout the progress. The tracking details are very straight forward too, packaging has been spot on too. Each item has a delivery note with basic returns procedure noted so if necessary there wouldn't be the long process of finding out how to return.

I've been communicating with 1 person and he's been very punctual with replies and given more advice than I've needed which has helped with my decisions.

Having just purchased the X-Com headset I opened everything and recalled see a link on the website for installation, this was far better than the manual supplied by Nexx/Sena. There's also a direct link for product registration.

To sum up, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Last year I purchased a Nexx XR2 carbon from formotorbikes and what a great helmet it is! very light, comfortable, quiet and looks fantastic after years of Arai I wont be going back. I also involuntary tested it on a track day in Spain with an off at 130mph and although the carbon cracked my head was fine, So I've just bought the XR2 Anima in Matt Black and Orange and again I cannot fault it and it looks fantastic if you ride a KTM.

Brought my Second Nexx Helmet from Formotorbikes, This one was the new XT1 Carbon ordered it in a Large but after wearing it a couple of times I found it to slightly to big.

So Email the person I dealt with from Formotorbikes and he dealt with my problem very swift and prompt, Great Customer service and as title says Second to none.

Will definitely be buy my next Helmet from them and also recommend my friends to them.
