I ordered a service manual and a oil filter wrench for a cbr500r I paid cash for $6,500 to be exact. It was sent to me only the oil filter wrench was not there. I called them and the guy who made the order forgot to add it, so they want to charge me to ship it again and a measly $10.00 for the oil filter wrench. Their mistake, cheap. Just bought the bike several months ago
