Would like to thank the person I dealt with and all his team for a for a job well done estimated time on bike was spot on. Service was over all brilliant only downside was that we didn't receive conformation of payment which was a bit of a worry we had to check by ringing ourselves a quick e-mail from yourselves would of solve that. Delivery Guy was great knowledgeable on the bike gave lots of tips. would recommend any one interested in buying a bike to look here first also we must forget Ashley the Dog

Recently taken a delivery of a Yamaha XV1600. Salesman was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Bike had a dent in the headlamp when delivered. Contacted company and was dealt with promptly.

Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to buy a motor bike.

Just had my second bike from DK delivered to my door, a fantastic VTX1800 that I picked out in their amazing showroom. Fully serviced, registered, and MOT'd exactly as promised.

The first bike I bought was on an ebay auction for a CBX1000. To be honest, I was nervous about parting with 6 and a half grand to a company I had never dealt with before.But no worries, their communication was excellent, they kept me informed by phone and email the whole time and when it was delivered I was delighted, it was better than described on ebay. I will definately be buying from DK motorcycles again. A big thank you for the excellent service I received.

We 'won' a bike they'd advertised on Ebay and sent someone down to pick it up (a 3 hour drive) - the bike was literally a load of rubbish when it arrived, having obviously been totally falsely-advertised. We complained and DK promised they'd make it up to us on our next purchase. We then bid on another bike they'd advertised on Ebay without a reserve, and won it, but then unbelieveably they refused to honour the sale. We've now apparently been blocked by them from bidding on their Ebay items; is this their retaliation for daring to complain to them? OR is this so we don't catch them out on their dubious style of selling tactics again?

Claimed to fit new front brake pads, 2000 miles of ordinary riding later down to the metal. Either didn't fit new ones or fitted defective ones. Refusing to refund having to pursue through small claims. DO NOT USE DK MOTORCYCLES. Use rev it hard motorcycles nearby the person I dealt with there is excellent.

Used several times over the years. They always charge far more than you would expect for problems and things always turn out to be more "complicated" than they initially expected but despite this due to their "expertise" they resolved it in the cheapest way for you. Generally £150 more than the fair price. Avoid, go to Rev it Hard Motorcycles nearby at Brampton sidings who are excellent.

I have had superb service buying two crash helmets to match, for my son and I. I was given great advice re the correct sizes and the lids arrived next day as promised. Fantastic team to deal with .

BoughT a jacket on their ebay store to be told they didn't have the size they were advertising. Told i would get a full refund, but still not got my money back. Thankfully i paid with paypal so dispute made. Still waiting for over 90 pounds back.

Felt was totally ripped off told silencer was rusty and they had to use welding torch? No sign of any heat on exhaust?

Also 2 bolts and 4 clamps took 3 hours and cost £94 totally felt ripped off will never got back again.

went to pick up bike i'd got from there ebay shop ( 3hr drive ) , it was only running on 3 so got them to look at it before i paid for it . turns out a jet had come out they sorted it out but it was smoking a little macanic told me it was because to had ran on 3 for a bit & it would clear .took to my dealer later that week to balance carbs turns out rings had gone 5 phone calls in 3 days still on joy , tryed to say i had rode it round half the tracks in the country in ten days and still have the same milage on clocks as when sold ,still not resolved . if they ever tell you they will ring back dont hold your breath !!!!
