This is now the third bike I have bought from Bike543, I suppose it helps that I only live round the corner, but personally I couldn't fault them. each time i've part exchanged my current bike and needed finance to upgrade and they have been nothing but helpful on all occasions.

Bought a bike from there recently and was very well looked after before I handed the cash over. Was told there was a small problem with Ex-up valve and they would sort it "If I liked." Of course "I would like" as I had just paid a lot of money for it. Thats when it all turned bad. Poor after sales service. Travelled up from Stoke a number of times and everytime I arrived I was met by a bunch of kids that would not register your presence. They had the bike for 5 weeks in total and everytime I rang for an update (as they would never call me) I was told the same thing "still waiting for a part." They would not tell me what part they ordered or where the part was coming from, I'm guessing, because they had either a) Not ordered it or b) it was some dodgy second hand part off ebay. They said they had fixed it on one occasion and they had actually only taken the bulb out of the warning light. Eventually (some 2 months later) they gave me my money back because the ECU was fried and they couldn't fix it. Slightly different from the "small problem with the Ex-up valve" as they had originally stated. Bunch of ignorant idiots full of rubbish. They're changing their name to "Toomanybikes.com" I think it should be Toomanyidiots.com. Avoid like the plague. They by cheap scrap off ebay, polish it up and sell for a lot more. Some of you will get lucky and buy a half decent one others will pay the price.

I was very impressed with the service I received when buying my GSXR 750.

The call back service regarding the enquiry was extremely swift.

All conversations were very professional, easy and friendly.

The reserve and deliver service was reasonable and very convenient especially due to the weather.

The delivery guy was on time and very helpful, explaining the bikes features / documentation.

The bike was as described in immaculate condition.

I have yet to ride the bike but am looking forward to it.

All in all, would recommend.

Some of their bike stock is tatty and dodgy - silver spray painted engine, leaking fork seal, wobbling clutch lever, sticking ignition, spongy brakes (just on two bikes I looked at).

These are all things that should get sorted before bikes are put on sale. If they aren't, then, at best, they don't have any pride in their work and worst, they are waiting to see if buyers pick up on them, and if not, maybe they won't get sorted at all.

Either way, it doesn't inspire confidence and makes you wonder what else you might be missing that will catch up with you out of the road after you've bought it.

Whenever you have doubts about hidden problems, walk away.

I bought a tl1000r from bike543 to find the bike was not as described. After agreeing to lower the price the bike started to misbehave. The clutch started to slip and and bike started to run on one cylinder. After n emeritus conversations and 5 weeks after bike543 tool the bike back it still wasn't fixed. I feel they are absolute cowboys and should t be allowed to trade. eBay have been contacted and I will be aiming to get a full refund. Bike not serviced as stated and covered in mid underneath the tank. 

The outcome of this issue was that I received a full refund.

Numerous people took the motorcycle out on a test ride and only Gary could make it misbehave. Upon finding the fault and not being able to correct it Gary kindly gave me a full refund and apologised for the delay. This is the outcome I wanted but I wouldn't sadly use them again because of the experience I had.

Bought 2004 ZRX1200R. Great bike clearly been looked after & all paperwork in order. Bike543 great too. Helpful, listened well, happy to do a deal & great attitude, clearly reflecting continuing success of the business. If you treat any sale as a 'private sale' & check over the bike carefully you wont go wrong. Price I paid was better than many private deals so generally very impressed & rode away happy. Those who give negative comments seem to be guys who buy unseen - buyer beware & NEVER BUY UNSEEN!. Always make the effort to go look first to avoid any awkwardness or disappointment.

After finding a tl000 on e bay being sold by Bike 543, I contacted them and had a long chat with one of the sales guys. He seemed very friendly and described the condition of the bike as an 8 out of 10 with age related marks only. The trade in offer for my 600srad was very very low so I sold it privately and rang 543 back a week later to check its availability. A further chat followed with more detail and got a very good impression of the bike and felt comfortable shelling out a deposit with the rest on delivery(bike still described as a 7/8 out of 10).

2 weeks later (van trouble twice) [name removed] dropped it off.

I should mention that this wasn't the cheapest by far but the convenience of delivery sweetened the deal.

as soon as the bike arrived I was very very dissapointed to see a scratch along the front of the headlight fairing, a dented exhaust can and the worst bit, aftermarket stickering on the petrol tank covering a host of scratches. My opinion of the condition would be about 5 maximum and I feel angry that such obvious damage was 'overlooked' and not highlighted in an obvious attempt to shift the bike on.

I highlighted the damage to [name removed] and then the sales guy on the phone resulting in the bike being returned. I was promised my deposit back but over a month later, no sign of it

well i speak as i find, and as a long term biker (39yrs) i have owned many bikes, and visited many dealers in my quest to purchase some of them, so...bike 543, i first came across them whilst searching on ebay, for a suzuki hayabusa, and they had one, cheaper than a lot of private sales too! so, after ringing them, i asked him for some new close up pics of the bike, which he emailed to me, there was no hard sell, just freindly chat, and a good and honest description of the bike in front of him, so...after sleeping on it for a couple of weeks, i looked at the advert, and saw a further £500 had been knocked off in the sale, so i rang and told him i was intrested, but at the new price, he honoured that, so i purchased it, he then passed me on to someone else, to arrange delivery, which she managed to do 2 days later, impressive! it was delivered to my door by their regular, and friendly driver, he took time to have a coffee with me, whilst going over the bike and documents, and my overall experience has been a very good one, the bike is spot on, valeted, and serviced,and new mot, so don't be put off with some negative comments on here, give them a go, you will be suprised, and i for one will be using them again when i am next in the market for a bike, so well done guys n gals, keep up the good work, you will go far!

Enquired about a bike... They were happy to negotiate a price. Took the bike for a test ride but found the model uncomfortable so didn't buy it... Staff were fine with that. Left the place with a good impression, and would definitely go back.

Thanks for quick and easy transaction, i will be back once i'm ready for another bike.
