Bailiffs Pounced!!!!!!
Went in to part exchange my partners car on his request, within days the car was seized by bailiffs. Good old MD lied in a police statemente. He told police I said the car was a gift. TOTALLY UNTRUE. In the first instance my 16 year old son was the one discussing things withhim as I was seriously ill in Wansbeck Hospital. They never provided me with a sales receipt for the transaction and when I went back with a court order he still refused. My partner is facing losing £8000 because of his lies. My partner is instigating legal action... I feel like weve been totally shafted.

I Cant Belive This Is Happening On Such A Massive Scale
I bought Fiat Stilo from Paul (TLC) in September 2009, the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. Recently passing the test I thought that if I spend a good amount of money I will get a car which is not going to bother me for a good time but I was mistaken and I landed at this place. I never knew i will be ripped off of my hard earned money like that; I purchased this car by spending 2000 quid. I was happy of having my new car without knowing what is coming. The 2nd day I drove the car and I heard some noises coming out of front wheel. I called this guy and I was asked to bring the car back. Believe you me that for the rest of 2 months I kept on going there almost every week. The reason I purchased this car was for travelling to my uni in Durham, but I got so terrified from this car that I totally forget this idea and used Train to travel daily. I run this car for just 200 miles for one whole year as I was terrified that it is going to breakdown anywhere. Meanwhile this car failed MOT and then again broke the clutch. I have spent more the 1000 quid on its maintenance till now without any driving at all. I know it’s been almost 2 years since i purchased this car but if anyone can suggest me how to get my money back I will be glad. Or if anyone is reading this kindly don’t you ever go to that place. And for the authorities kindly do something of this robbers place.

Tyneside Auto Buy
Total waste of time springs to mind. WE PROMISE TO GIVE YOU £100 MORE THAN ANY OTHER CAR BUYING WEBSITE.
Took my girlfriends car to We buy any car and was quoted £1,100.00. I told her that if you took it to tyneside auto buy you will get an extra £100, so we did.
They inspected the car and came back with a quote of £500. We laughed and told them we had been offered more. He told us to prove it so we produced a quote from we buy any car stating what they offered. He turned around and said that deal was not on today (Really????).
Bunch of sharks, false advertising, didnt seem to have a clue about cars.

Do Not Buy A Car From Car Stop
I went with my nephew to help him buy a car and popped into Tyneside Autoparc. On visting CAR STOP or ONE STOP (whatever they trade as now) He was interested in a "nice looking" VW Golf 1.4 advertised as a "STAR BUY". Traded his Vauxhall Vectra in and got it for £2800. Almost imnmediately from leaving the forecourt things started to go wrong. Warning lights started showing. First fault was a broken water pump... then a week later, the car stalled everytime it came to a junction. CAR STOP apparently fixed the problem but low and behold the problem still existed. Nephew decided to put it to an independant garage and was told by CAR STOP that this would invalidate the 30 day warranty!!! Needless to say, he ignored them. On examining the car, it required
1. New Head Gasket
2. New Radiator
3. New Water pumpo
4. New Llambda Sensor
5. Some valve from airfilter.
Anyway after spending £1000 on repairs and diagnosis the problem still wasnt fixed. The inde garage sent the VIN and Engine Number to VW. Who replied that the engine wasnt even from a VW Golf. Possibly it was a SEAT IBIZA.
CAR STOP refused to take responsiblity for this and refused to take the car back. My nephew took court action (what a waste of time this was). After months of CAR STOP missing court deadlines and threatening solicitor letters, entered into mediation with my nephew. At the end, he got £2000 back after driving the car for about 150 miles (if that). A year down the line he is nearly £2000 out of pocket. They took the car back and probably sold it to some other schmuck. DO NOT have any dealing with Dean ROBSON and his company, Car Stop or One Stop or whatever they are called. Your stereotypical cowboy rip off car salesmen.. SHAME ON YOU

I Recently Bought A Car For My Wife From Whitley B
I recently bought a car for my wife from Whitley Bay motors. It was a small, low milage, 2004 model which we have since seen for £1000-1500 more from other dealers. Good start!
After driving the car for a couple of days we noticed a knocking sound from underneath. We let the salesman (Peter) know, he promptly booked the car back in and a faulty ball joint was replaced. Still good!
We bought the car, which had just come in as a trade in, at a discounted price and we knew it was due an oil change. We sent the car into get a service at a local garage where the mechanic spotted a water leak from the radiator. We immediately phoned the dealer and were told just to book the car in again and they would replace the radiator with a new one. I just picked up the car today, new radiator fitted, no drama, no hassle, only excellent customer service.
I was shocked to see so many negative reviews for T.S.A.P. I don't get service this good from my BMW dealer! I'm going back tomorrow to test drive a car for myself!
