Do Not Buy From This Garage!!!!!!!!!bought A Car F

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!!!!!!!Bought a car from them - warranty not worth the paper it was written on, had to spend over £2000 on getting cars MANY problems fixed. Very unhelpful, rude, argumentative and full of 'sales chat' I would not recommend trusting anything they say, any warranty they offer, or any car they sell!

Spectrum Motors Or Dealer Direct, Whatever They Ar

Spectrum Motors or Dealer Direct, whatever they are currently calling themselves are CON MERCHANTS. Buyer beware!!! We have recently bought a 4x4 from them. It was clearly advertised as the 2.2 Diesel model which is what we wanted. Once we picked up the car and called at the petrol station on the way home we found it was actually the 2.5 V8 petrol version. We rang the dealers who offered us the option of having our old trade in vehicle back, however they urged us to keep the new car and "think about it" for a couple of days which we did. We decided to return it. They wouldn't let us! So we then pursued the compensation avenue agreeing a £600 refund to cover the difference in price between a petrol and a diesel. A cheque was promised but NEVER sent. So we are stuck with a car we didn't want or face trading it in and losing £1500-£2000 straight away. THEY ARE TIME WASTING CROOKS! Trading Standards must be sick of the complaints.

Total Conmen, Check With Notts Trading Standards T

Total conmen, check with Notts Trading standards to validate, police investigation in progress, again check with Notts CID Any attempt to'report' this message should be considered carefully by the website invigilator, after all this review site is for the benefit of consumers, not the dealer who might lodge a 'report'. This is a seriously bad company that has a trail of complants so long that Trading Standards dont need anymore evidence to prosecute

Never Buy A Car From These Conmen. Now Trading As

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE CONMEN. Now trading as Spectrum Motors. Bought a Focus ST from there a few months back, had a forged service history and tax disc. Claim they are part of the good garage scheme when they are not. Never recieved a log book, also when i went to see the car paintwork was fine, then i rang them the next day to see if i could pick the car up, they kept putting it off. When i did pick the car up it appears the bumper and bonnet had been resprayed. Formally A38 direct cars, now spectrum cars BEWARE. Also gave the car an MOT with 2 totally bald tyres.

Hello All, Please No One Buy A Car Off

Hello all,

Please no one buy a car off these cow boys. I bought a car and they promised a lot of things like service history, car documents, extra pair of keys, hpi report etc... but failed to provide these. After hours of phone time I still have not got any of these. I even paid them hundreds for extra work to be done on the car which, when I got it checked out later from a local dealer, had not been done. If you ring them they have apparently "changed" companies.

PLEASE REPORT THESE FRAUDSTERS TO TRADING STANDRDS.

BE AWARE, THEY SEEM VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR SUITS AND TIES BUT ARE THE BIGGEST CONMEN!!!

Read All The Reviews 1st And Proceeded With This I

Read all the reviews 1st and proceeded with this in mind! AS ever when buying a car do your own checks and if your not sure take someone who does know what to look for. I purchased with NO hassle (very nice salesperson) with NO problems and the cars been fantastic.... i feel some people buying 2nd hand cars go a little over the top! and the reviews linking them to other garages is unfair. ASK the questions and BUY with your eyes wide open. VERY HAPPY, THANKS...

Bought A Car From Them When They Traded Under A38

bought a car from them when they traded under A38 cars, promised it had full service history, guess what it had never been serviced. was given a forged service history document. had to pay over £1000 pounds to get the car safe to drive. the only lucky thing for e was i bought it on finance & was able to claim off the finance company but that has taken over 12 months. yes they do seem very genuine people but be warned, they are proper rip off merchants. ring trading standards up they might tell you how bad they are.
