Visited Here For The First Time Yesterday & I Have
Visited here for the first time yesterday & I have to say what a refreshing experience. I'm currently on the lookout for new car & the choice is vast with Seat, Mazda, Peugeot & Ford all being well represented. Sales guys were friendly but not pushy, which is a bonus after visiting Carcraft !
These are only my first impressions, but I can definitely see myself buying from here soon .

I bought my car from here 3 years ago. As it was my first car I was really excited and obviously I was taken advantage of. The sales assistant incorporated the useless £300 car cleaning kit and another £300 MOT for life in my total price of purchase. I am annoyed cos I wasn't briefed about the car and it's functions. It was basically here's the car, now test drive it, let me add on useless things to the bill i know you don't need and now pay!! So after 2 yrs of having the car I booked an MOT. What a big mistake!! The receptionist banged on about how important it was for me to be on time as everyone is on an hr slot time. So in and out within the hr i thought. When i got there, first they couldn't find any records of me having the mot for life then they told me that it wouldn't be ready til late afternoon!! I told them they best get it done in the hr as I was lectured when booking and I'm not going anywhere. And I did just that! And it was ready in an hr. So now I'm trying to book another MOT and as I have MOT for life I am not a priority and I should just drive my car in and leave it and wait til they get round to it!! The lady on the phone was rude, stupid and very impatient!! I hope no one is stupid as I was and actually buy a car from this showroom. All looks and no substance comes to mind. Save your money, dignity and self respect and trust me go elsewhere. Even a Delboy purchase would be better!

Customer service??? whats that????
They did not listen to whatI wanted, they asked the same questions again and again. I was asked so many useless questions and then they did a search for what i had asking for. nothing came up on their system and they questioned why i wanted a particular car, low milage is not important, i wanted a mazda and they were trying to sell me a ford.
I walked out and the guy swore at me!!!!!

Well this was a most unplesant experience ever from a car dealer. I was pressured into parting with £250 deposit to get a car sent down from another site and then they would not refund the money unless i bought a car from them. PURE BLACKMAIL. do not part with any money or sign anything until they show you the car you want at the price you want.

Young But Old Fashioned Sales Men Who Are Not Inte
young but old fashioned sales men who are not interested in the customers needs and interest. they focus in on one car and try their hardest to sell it to you promising to valet it again, respray it, etc, etc in order to get a sale. the young staff have no authority and keep going back to the office to ask thier manager questions and take for ever to come back to you.
