Autoquake Are A Joke...went To See A Car, After Tr

AUTOQUAKE ARE A JOKE...went to see a car, after travelling 200 miles, after paying £180.00 for a RAC check found wheel was buckled and was dangerous even fatal to drive. Autoquake did not spot even though they had done there 121 point check...after visiting there london branch and writing and phoning many times, a refund of expenses was agreed, how ever the chewue that was sent to me was stopped!! They had no intention of the refund as they knew about the adminstration. I am out of £300 at the moment. I need to find out what steps to take to recover the money off them.

Like The Last Reviewer We Had A Really Good Experi

Like the last reviewer we had a really good experience with Autoquake. We bought the car on the strength of the photos and, as the price was a clear £1000 less than any other seller, we decided that was a good margin to fix any faults.Car was perfect, telephone staff helpful and delivery driver very pleasant. We were sorry to get a letter from the receiver to say that they could not honour the warranty but, as we did not buy one, it was no problem. As a business model it seems like a good idea and I am sorry to hear that it has run onto the rocks.

I Received My New Car From Leeds On 05/03/11 And W

I received my new car from Leeds on 05/03/11 and was bolled over by the car, it is stunning. So yesterday I was shocked to receive a letter from the official receiver saying that the company had gone into receivership and my warranty that I purchased was now invalid. This was a double surprise for me because when I was offered the warranty I refused it, having had a negative experience with a car warranty before. They then said that I could put it onto my finance, once again I refused. I now have to check to make sure that they didn't include the 300 and something quid in with my finance. Very sad for all the staff because my experience with Autoquake was all good. Mrs Fox

I Have Just Recently Taken Autoquake To Court And

I have just recently taken Autoquake to court and won, unfortunately they have still not paid up the money they owe me for Breach of contract. A dreadful company with terrible customer service, I strongly urge you NOT to deal with this company. I am now in the process of ensuring the county court take further action to recover my losses. It appears they would rather have a CCJ against them than give customer satisfaction.
