Promised 3 Week Delivery, Still Waiting 4 Months Later

Horrendous. Car is a no show despite ordering 4 months ago and promised a 3 week delivery. Logged a complaint and it’s pointless as they aren’t prepared to do anything about it. Avoid like the plague and would never recommend anyone to purchase/lease a car from them.

Advertise Unavailable Cars

Absolutely terrible service, I guess they advertised a car that was never available at that price, they used delay tactics, by the end of the process I had chased by email in excess of 20 times on top of numerous calls, they did the credit search, I provided all details within minutes of being requested, the credit search apparently took close to 2 weeks, I have a excellent credit score & then they told me the monthly costs had gone up from £254 to £343, but as a gesture of goodwill they would look for a alternative car, but it wouldn’t be the make or model that we wanted.

They have no complaints department, they have no customer service attitude, in fact they really don’t care.

They never told me it could take this amount of time, they never told me there was a chance the car price could increase & now the manager that I have spoken to gloats how they refuse to remove the credit search from my credit file.

I wish I had never come across these cow boys, the very worst company I have ever had any dealings with, luckily they are answerable to the Financial Ombudsman, so as Vanarama do not have their own complaints department, mine is now logged with the FO!!

Vanorama Or Panorama?

Ordered a vehicle - nice n easy process - email received had changed order and price had increased within 5 mins of placing order. Queried it and was told they had pricing problems on the web over the weekend. Tuesday now and no sign of any messages advising customers of the issue just keep taking the orders and increasing the prices. No feedback from them. They removed my order. One thing to have learnt - read reviews first then I would have known that these are nothing but unprofessional. How action by the FCA or Ombudsman has not happened already is a massive surprise. If zero rating was available I would have chosen that instead (or preferably a negative star rating)

Disgusting service, Wrong Spec on vehicle, over charged me by £2500, it then took me 6 months to recover my money

Zero Care For Customers

Car ordered delivered was wrong spec. Not possible to retrofit missing options. Contract cancelled, I am now without a vehicle for at least 4 weeks until I can get a new lease vehicle. No compensation offered. Only reimbursed ferry cost for me to collect from mainland (I'm in Belfast). No offer of temp car or cover my costs of gap vehicle. Really disappointed as I am an existing customer at end of one lease and was signed up for a new lease. Needless to say, will not be back. Customer care thrown out years ago, don't go near this crowd

Terrible Customer Service

Unfortunately the vehicle we were quoted would arrive within 3-4 weeks didn't. Vanarama's slogan "We'll keep you updated all the way throughout your purchase" is totally incorrect as the only way to be updated is to call or email several times a day, copying in multiple contacts. We were let down on delivery and as you'd expect its everyone else's fault. Customer services called to acknowledge they had received my complaint and I never heard from them again despite emailing for an update as the days passed!

Its quite simple if its not going to be delivered in a certain time frame then don't quote it! Very poor, go some where else!

I passed Vanarama a quote I had been given for them to price match (or give me £50 amazon vouchers if they couldnt as per their promise). They never priced matched it and neither did they come good on their promise for the £50 Amazon voucher. They just ignored all future emails and calls!

Contractors Be Aware

Vanarama and lex autolease are two companies to avoid like the plague, I have had a one year old van off the road for six weeks due to engine failure and multiple warning lights on, not only have they ignored my emails and calls they have not supplied a replacement vehicle although fault is under warranty but they have continued to take monthly payments they beggar belief and to be frank don't give a to $$ and bounce the problem backwards and forwards between each other.

I even had a director laughing down the phone,so professional!!!

I'm guessing that's why they sponsored non league as that's there limit.

If this company was giving vans away I would run away. BE WARNED BEFORE YOU SIGN THE DOTTED LINE

Six Weeks Without Van

One year old Berlingo has three warranty recall faults and no date to fix any of the issues as the parts are not in stock this company should be investigated by trading standards, as a one man band I have had to purchase another vehicle so I can go to work and feed my kids

Worst Company Ever

Sent the wrong van, then tried to blame it on me. I would never have agreed to a 3 seater van as I have 4 kids. From the start I queried if they had the correct information, the assured me they had. The third party company they used to deliver the van said this happens all the time with this company. I've had to pay a cancellation fee as they refuse to take the blame, also a cancellation for my insurance, Despite me booking the van they advertised online, they then say it isn't available? (why advertise it then?) but they have another (more expensive) one available. Disgusting behaviour, never even apologised when I eventually got someone on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
