Just ordered my second car from uk carline and contacted him again. He was very helpful on my first order 2 years ago on a c250 merc. I also recommended him to a mate and he managed to gain agreement from bmw for him after he was initially rejected for finance via another broker. The admin / after service was excellent and an admin assistant provided regular updates until car was delivered. Order a BMW X6 m50d and he was on annual leave over xmas but still responded to my email and had the agreement from bmw, papers signed and car ordered within 24hours. Within that time I Also had a courteous email informing me of her role going forward and her contact details . First time 2 years ago was great and so far service seems just as good. Also they have been by far the cheapest (or least expensive) leasing broker I've managed to find.

I have a business and need to lease cars, I have used UK Carline in the past and currently have a relatively small fleet of 3 cars. About a month ago my wife was caught in a tricky family situation, during which her three month old Golf GTD decided to have a jammed automatic gearbox. In a panic my wife called the supplier of the vehicle Kieth Sheehan at UK Carline, who spoke to my wife and assured her he could get someone out to her quickly, something I'd expect any car leasing company to recommend.

Here's the thing though, the person I dealt with was concerned with regards to my wife's situation, so he left the office and drove 7 miles to help her there and then. You see my Dad had just been released from hospital having had a knee replacement. He drove to meet my wife, then drove to get my Dads car, returned to hand the car over to my wife who was then able to drive my Dad home.

This meant my wife calmed down and stopped panicking because of my incapacitated Dad.

This is outstanding service, absolutely outstanding service, thanks for literally saving the day and thanks to UK Carline for their continued business support and genuine customer care, a rare commodity nowadays.

Needles to say if you're looking to lease a car make sure it's UK Carline you speak to first, they know what they are doing, their prices and on going available deals make them the most competitive in the market place and they really do look after their customers.

First time I have taken out a lease on a car and was really pleased with the whole experience. The Account Manager was really good and the admin team really helpful and professional too. From signing the order form to getting my car delivered was around 3 weeks, as they managed to obtain the exact make and model I wanted fairly quickly, so not so bad and I am really happy and thrilled with my new car. I would use UK Carline again and would also recommend to others. They managed to match the best quote I had got elsewhere. When the 3 years is up I would definitely use them again. This is the first time we have leased a car and I have to say that so far the process has been surprisingly easy. Some paperwork, but this is kept to a minimum so no more than you would expect. The customer manager was easy to talk to and readily available. He was also very knowledgeable and helped answer any questions that we had. When we needed a question answering and he was not available, a member of the admin team stepped in and did a great job helping us.

We are very happy with our car and providing it all continues to go well, I am sure that we will continue to lease in the future.

UKCarLine were extremely professional, informative and efficient throughout the process. I received various different quotes from a number of vendors. Whilst the quote I received from UKCarLine was extremely competitive, there were other vendors who came in with slightly more competitive offers on paper. This however was irrelevant as the professionalism and confidence UKCarLine portrayed gave me the reassurance and trust required for entering into significant finance lease contract.
