Excellent service from my first online request for a quote.

After which, I changed my mind and decided I wanted a completely different vehicle.

Fish Car were very obliging and eventually quoted me a competitive deal from the standard Nissan funder, RCI Finance, and a localish dealer, for an X-Trail. No dodgy deals from Fish Car.

They answered all my questions upfront, like the fact that they were getting a commission from RCI, and hence didn't need to charge me a "document fee".

Fish Car kept me updated at every stage of the process, let me know when the car had arrived at the dealer (exactly when they said it would) and even followed up by telephone to be sure I'd received the contracts, etc.

No weasel words like "the car you wanted is actually in Hull (or maybe still on a ship) and will you take different one (otherwise you'll have to wait a long time, sucker), blah, blah blah".

The day before the scheduled delivery, when I'd heard nothing from the dealer or delivery agent, I worriedly e-mailed Fish Car. An hour later got a response that they'd phoned the relevant parties and all was going according to plan.

And sure enough, at 9am the next day, my new X-Trail arrived on my doorstep in perfect condition.

After hours of searching the internet and comparing prices with different companies, i finall got my lowest quote from Viv from Fish Car Leasing. I was after a personal lease over 3 years

We exchanged quite a few emails and i was finally happy with all the details. At first i was a little reluctant because after all i have just plucked this company from nowhere.

I made a few phone calls which were either enswered straight away or returned in a good time so i thought i would go ahead....

I signed all the paerwork and was kept informed all the way, i expected delivery in October for my 60 plate but Viv rang me with a cancellation which could be delivered on the 2nd September, which was fantastic!

It arrived on a trailer in perfect condition and have had no problems at all.

I was looking for a Seat Leon Fr and emailed quite a few companies and ended up speaking with Viv from Fish Car Leasing.

The price was right and i wanted to go ahead but i was a little nervous at first because i had just found this random company on the internet....

After a few phone calls being answered straight away and email correspondance being quick and efficient i returned the forms and sent the cheque.

6 weeks later due to a cancellation from another customer my car landed on my doorstep delivered on a trailer 2 days after the new reg was released. The car is fantastic and the service matched.
