What a way to start a 25th ann. vacation together! We got to Tampa waited aprox 35 minutes for shuttle to take us to Advantage Rental sight, upon waiting in line with 19 others we began hearing people getting very upset at counters Why? THEY HAD NO CARS!!! even though we had a confirmation # it did not matter, they told us to take a taxi and come back tomarrow and that they would submit for reimbursement for our taxi fee my home was 40 minutes away from Advantage, why would I return back another day to chase down a car. Best part they did'nt know when cars would be avail! No One should be allowed to stay in business like this stranding travelers. After 2 hrs I found a car elsewhere but had to pay a large difference than for the one I so called had reaserved. They really should have there business license revoked for false information.
