Bought a car from Trade Centre. About 7 weeks later the breaks had failed reaulting in damage to the car. When we took the car o anothwr garage they informed us the breaks had seized and it was a problem with the brakes. When we informed the new garage that TradeCemtre put a full MOT on the car less than 2000 miles before they laughed and said it should not have passed.

We made Trade Centre aware of these issues and nothing was resolved. The delaying tactics from all especially the manager was awful.

Please do not buy a car from this company. It was the worst experience and customer service i have recieved.

Good car although I am a bit disappointed with the fix they did on the front bumper where they snapped the corner off and tried to cover it with paint.

I am also disappointed with the £99 admin fee to cover a service which it turns out was actually done 13 days before I even looked at the car, the fee is also supposed to cover some fuel in the car but mine was on fumes even on the forecourt.

Also the onboard computer isn't working which may require a trip to a dealer to connect up.

Not pushy salesman which is good but more attention to detail would be better.

I recently visited the newly opened dealer after a friend recommended it to me after they had just bought there car from there. They had had a really good experience and are really happy with their car. When we got there we found there they had a great choice of cars in our budget and spoke to Colin who was really friendly and helpful. Everyone there was happy to help and we was a really refreshing experience buying a car with no pressure. They even offered to take the car to our local mechanic who we have used for years to give it a once over! overall i couldn't recommend them enough we're really happy with our car and would definitely use them again
