Avoid At All Costs
From start to finish the service offered was appauling - The vehicle purchased was ok however we were promised a full service history was included in the sale (hence the higher price) and turns out this did not even exist! We chased several times only to be met with the most rudest replies, in the end we gave up fighting. I am leaving this review to warn other customers to avoid buying a car from here, I would not want anyone to experience the service I received. You will end up buying a car you think is ok but most definitley not!!
Not Reliable After Sales
this place is terrible for after sales. had two sons bought cars there this year in January my youngest son bought a BMW supposed to have 2 years warranty with it .says 2 years warranty on sales receipt but havenot got the official warranty book asked for this several times and each time they fob you off saying theyhave sent i t or will sort it out now but nothing happens .other son bought a car a few months ago petrol flap was missing and broken sill .said they would do it before he picked car up .fobbed him off quite a few tinmes by saying had to order it from italy and its held up do to immigrants at channel tunnel ,then he had got a flap but it was the wrong one .the one he had at first he says he had it painted then it went missing still hasnt got these parts .

Very Misleading
TERRIBLE - AVOID THIS DEALER. I phoned and made the point to the dealer that it would be a 4hr round trip of 170 miles to see this car and could i confirm the details on the advertisement. He phoned me back 10 mins later and said he had been outside and given it the once over inside and out. He told me the car exterior had a couple of tiny marks that would buff out when he did the valet. the inside had no rips or tears and was in excellent condition as described in the add, so were the tyres. We made the trip only to find out that the car had 4 dints in one the size of a fist next to the petrol cap. the two front tyres had barely any tred on and one had a split in the side wall about 3cm long. One of the back ones had a tennis ball size lump in the side wall. When we opened the boot there were approx 10 -15 rips all over the upholstery and roof lining and the whole of the boot lining had been heavily marked from continued loading and unloading..... The list goes on. The manager told us it was as expected for its mileage ! a 2008 100K car - I don't think so. We were polite and after approx 5 mins we said we were going to leave it but thank you anyway. The manager's response was to say "No Problem" and turned and walked away, no goodbye, no apology for deliberately mis advertising the condition of the car. If His business's ethics mirror any of his i would avoid this dealer - I can only imagine the type of after sales service you would receive. This is the first review i have ever written on the internet but i was that disgusted by this entire experience only for him not to even have the decency to say goodbye and wish us on our way. a disgustingly rude man and very poor company. If enough people read this and don't use him it may teach him that manners cost nothing and poor service and product could cost him a lot - after all that one 4.5k sale he didn't get.

Absolutley Dreadfull
I would NOT EVER recommend buying a car from the car factory Yorkshire . I was interested in a car but they asked for £500 deposit and after the appauling RAC inspection will not refund my money . The car was not road worthy , had been filled with polly filler and painted over , the suspension on ome wheel was gone and endless other faults that they insist are wear and tear . The warranty is not worth the paper its wriiten on . BE very very wary of buying a car from them .

Asolutely Awful - Would Not Recommend!
Initially the staff seemed nice and helpful - We saw the car on the internet (60 plate Peugeot 207) and had one concern (there was a stain on the driver seat), they rang us when the car returned from its valet to say the stain had come out. The car was described as excellent condition and met all our requirements. Due to us living 70 miles away and not being able to get there for a week we paid a £500 deposit to secure the car. Upon arrival we inspected the car and we were very disappointed! It was not what I would desribe as excellent condition. There was a crack on the rear bumper, alot of scratches on the boot, the passenger wing mirror was loose, the stain they had assured us had gone was still there, the upholstry throughout wasn't clean and there white speckles of something on the back passenger window and paint work. I explained I wasn't happy to spend that amount of money on the car in that condition and that I wanted my money back. The salesman agreed with me and said I could have my money back but that he couldn't do it because he didn't know how to work the machine but if I rang the next day someone else would do the refund over the phone. I asked him for this in writing, which he provided, stating the car was to an unsatisfactory standard. When I rang the next day I spoke to a lady who was very rude and agressive (and I could here the man I had dealt with the day before in the background moaning about me!). I explained what had happened and that I hadn't intended on messing anyone around and had gone there with every intention of buying the car but it wasn't as advertised. I told her I had it in writing they would give me the refund and she eventually agreed. However she also said she didn't know how to refund my card over the phone (funny how they knew how to debit my card over the phone) and would I give here my bank account details so they could do a bank transfer. I wasn't happy to give her this information and in the end she said she would send me a cheque. I have since received the cheque and it's cleared.
I am a fair, polite and honest person and have been a driver a long time and have never felt the need to write a bad review until now. The car wasn't as advertised and the staff were incredibly rude. I was outraged at how the lady spoke to me, her attitude was applalling. I would never consider buying a car form this garage nor would I recommend anyone else to.
I have learnt my lesson and will never put a deposit on a car I haven't seen. I was an idiot!

Be Wary If Buying A Car From This Dealer
We travelled over 60 miles to view a Vauxhall Zafira 1.6i Club, reg no FH06 ONO, advertised as having " Excellent bodywork, Interior - Excellent Condition, Tyre condition Excellent" at £3,795. As it was a long way away I rang to check the car's condition before travelling and was advised it was in excellent condition. Sadly this was not true as there was extensive rusting of the bodywork in the area within the doorshut where the rear wheel-arch joins the sill on the nearside of the car. What a total waste of our time and money!
