My wife brought a BMW from those clowns years ago, they quite happily relieved her of £10,000 and after couple of months we took the car to BMW for a full service, as soon as the bonnet was lifted I received a phone call asking me what I'd done with the air box!

I drove to the garage and the mechanic showed me a car battery size hole where the air box should have been - my wife had been driving around in the car for two months sucking dirt straight into the engine, the air box, air filter and all of the connecting pipe work was missing.

I called [name removed] at the garage who accused me of removing the air box myself and told me there was no proof we brought it like that, I then drove to S2000 4U and fortunately for him his boss was in the showroom when I got there who then promised me he would pay for the work on the car.

That was 5 years ago and I'm still waiting...

It's a shame they've shut down because I would have loved seeing Watchdog pay them a visit.

Avoid At All Costs

Bought an E46 M3 from them just over four weeks ago and had a service two done on it today and was given a list of faults with the car, the most serious of which is both rear coils are broken. At purchase their salesman led me to believe I had three months warranty with Autoguard warranties. The leaflet I got from Autoguard at the time listed all items that would be covered under the warranty,an extremly extensive cover I thought(which included coil springs). I tried unsuccesfully on several occasions to pay an extra £595 to extend the cover to two years. Turns out the cover is with S2000 4U and not Autoguard. They said coil springs are consumables like tyres.I shall be speaking with Citizens Advice Bureau on Monday. I would advise anyone considering buying from them to steer well clear.

Unbelievably Bad After Sales (no)servicw

Bought a black BMW tourer from SEAN at Oakhill or Fourmarks as they are now called.12 plus thousands I paid.When I collected the car the parking sensors were not working."DIRTY" I was told.Sean promised to find a BMW garage close to my home and for me to take it in and he would pay.The date was JUNE 2011.He has not YET paid the £250.00 he owes me for the repair this after several emails and telephone calls.He says the account department have lost the invoice.Yeah right.Be very aware when buying from this man.From my experience Sean is not a man of his word.I have given him 13 months to pay up but still he has evaded payment.If anyone wants to call me to discuss this matter because you are thinking about buying from him then feel free to call me on 07960 442231.

I Bought A Bmw M3 Cs From This Place. I Also Bough

I bought a BMW M3 CS from this place. I also bought a S2000 GT the year before and was very happy with the sevice hence returning and purchasing my M3. It was agreed that on pick uup that all tyres would be changed andb the car would be MOT'd as i was flying in from Milan and driving back the same day.

My friend picked the car up only to find the cheapest nastiest tyrees money can buy on the car. Fine there still legal but i was under the understanding that they would have something that could keep the car on the road and safe. They fitted all four tyres and had not even balanced the wheels making my friends journey to heathrow into a vibrating massage chair.He had to drop in at a garage to sort this problem out at my cost. S20004u said the would re-emberse me what id spent out but im yet to see the cheque in the post.

I understand new management has taken over and it was in the same month i bought my car. I urge caution if you are to go there.

Have Attempted To Look At Cars Here At S2000-4utwi

Have attempted to look at cars here at S2000-4utwice now in 2 years, both times the salesman and the owner are extremely unhelpful, yesterday I went looking to buy an S2000, all i was 'allowed' to do was sit in one that was unlocked due to another couple who i was told "wouldn't buy it anyway" during my 2 mins inside the car the alarm was sounding the entire time and the salemens ignored it, when i stepped out the car he came and locked it, I asked about another S2000 parked next to it, one I was interested in driving / buying, and he just walked off.. left myself and my partner there.Similar experience last year, hence I bought my Elise from somewhere else, and My partner bought her Boxster from somewhere else,You get the feeling they sum you up the second you turn up, and dont think you can afford their cars.. In this day and age, customer service is hugely important, and you wont get any from here.

If I'd Read About This Company First I Would Never

If I'd read about this company first I would never have bought the car. Luckily I've had no problems from it, but thats no recommendation. We agreed work to be done before I picked the car up and they didn't do it. The car stereo didn't work and they were not easy to get hold of and reluctant to help. It took three weeks to get put right. Overall I will not recommend this company to anyone or would I deal with them again.

I purchased a Maserati last year from this garage and to be honest they had the nicest cars available even after looking at 10 cars. The team were knowledgeable and delivered every thing that was promised.

Had my vehicle for 10 days and had to spend over £1,000 to get things right. They said all work was covered under warranty, and has since refused to pay.

Advert for the car inaccurate, NO CRUISE CONTROL, and NOT SOLD WITH FULL SERVICE HISTORY as promised and ADVERTISED. S2000-4u did the 'service' (inc cambelt!) but it wasn't detailed enough, hence my large bill! Trading standards have been notified!

S2000-4u, Four Marks Has Good After Sales Service,

S2000-4u, Four Marks has good after sales service, Cd player did not work (Bmw 6bcd interchanger) problem resolved with the minimum off fuss. Also happy to take my custom back to them which I will in a couple of years.

I'm currently experiencing problems with a salesman who has now started trading as First Choice Cars Ltd. I bought a discovery off him nearly 2 months ago and have only managed to drive it for less than 2 weeks and had to send it back. Now waiting for a replacement but they aren't replying to any emails. Luckily the finance company are on my side but I really don't want to use him any more but unfortunately put £3000 deposit down! What can I do?
