Do Not Buy From Here, Rubbish Service And Aftersales Service
Absolute Joke of a company, not prepared to help at all, do NOT supply what they promise. 12 months in and i still have no Service book!!! car has now failed an MOT based on (headlight images being incorrect) to which i've been advised by different mechanics that unless they've been changed nothing could have happened within 12 months that would cause both lights to display as they do. If you want a decent car and also decent after sales service, make sure you go to a decent dealership and avoid Oliver Higgins.

Excellent Service & Great Value For Money
Well where do i start?
I bought a car from Randles Suzuki in Stoke from probably the most enthusiastic sales person i have ever met.
The car is a Suzuki swift SZ4 3 door in white, it was very clean inside and out, had done a few miles however the car had been looked after very well by it's previous owner and by the dealer when it went through there workshop.
It needed a full MOT & a Service doing to it when i purchased it and all my previous car purchases have left me feeling unhappy as never have i had a great service! however everything that was agreed was delivered on the correct date......this is why i am surprised to see a bad review on here about this company.
The Sales team were very helpful every time i called, and very efficient at dealing with my requests. The service they offered was second to non. a credit to the motor industry and i will be recommending to everyone at work family and friends.
This dealer has been around for a very long time i believe and have stood the test of time.
excellent service and i was very happy doing business with you.

Totally Shocking Experience
Purchased a used car earlier this year £10500, in with the deal was promised wet valet, service & a number of other minor repairs. Collected car a few days later than promised & saw that no wet valet had been done, service book not stamped to indicate service had been carried out & upon checking the oil & filter had not been changed thus no service. Also found seatbelt was broken & car contained lots of litter & had not even been emptied out. Tyres had not been checked & car it appeared had only been washed then handed over. Car went in for these repairs/ work for three days & upon collection had still not been valeted & they wanted it back for a further day. Took car away & got valet done myself, posted a letter two weeks ago with my complaints along with the receipt for the valet containing my landline and mobile numbers asking for a call from someone to arrange a meeting with me. Still heard nothing, shocking service.
