Worst Car Dealer Ever

Arrogant, rude staff who don't care in the slightest after you have driven away.

I found a car on the website & got it delivered to York.

Should of read the reviews before purchasing.

Car developed a fault on the way how, Quicks didn't care, had to pay a proper garage £500 to repair - even though the car had passed all its checks with Quicks.

If you want a car, then probably a scrap yard would sell you a better car.

I have had a similar experience with the York dealership. Mine had 4 faults and wouldn't start at all within 3 days of collection.

Awful Customer Service

I went on Sunday to view a car at the lincoln quicks where I looked at a grand c max as want a bigger car, so then I had a look round the car which the staff didnt seem to want to let me! I then asked if I could test drive the car and was told unless i was buying the car that day I could not test drive with poor attitude he said it's a weekend it's our busiest time come back any time Monday- Friday and you will be able to.

So today I go in ask about the same car and look round it again I ask for a test drive to be told the same as before. My point is I am not commiting to buying a car when I don't know how it drives. The service was poor I had to seek help nobody came and asked if I was ok. Was pushed out the door very quickly and was treated very poorly!!! I will not use them to buy my car a customer lost!!!

Dont Bother!

Saw a car advertised on Auto Trader with them. Called and I was asked to pay £200.00 so car could be reserved for me and I arranged to go out for a test drive. I was asked to wait for 20 minutes as they were busy, at the end of which, I was asked to wait even more. One hour later, I am told that car was in fact, not drivable! Why the car was on Auto Trader, and why I was asked to pay a deposit on a car that was not drivable, I have no idea. But even more shocking and surprising, have no idea why I had to wait an hour to be told that the car was not drivable! To add salt to injury, I was offered £10.00 for fuel even though I had travelled a long distance to see the car. And the refund! Three days for the refund to get back into my account. It didn't take me three days to pay the deposit, and the girl had to talk to the manager who did not bother coming out to apologise! I didn't have to discuss with my grandmother to pay the deposit for a useless car! Would score them 0 for everything but that option is not available so will give a 1.

Rubbish

Do not use Quicks anywhere.

I bought a car from Quicks York, tons of problems before I even bought the car.

They don't return phone calls ever, very arrogate staff.

I really should of know better & given up, but I really wanted the car.

Eventually, I bought the car. After 3 days, I had a minor problem with the car, so rather than drive all the way back to York, I took it to my local NISSAN garage - who are official dealers.

I had to spend £900 of the car, for a full set of brake pads, discs & a load of other things. Either because they were unsafe or below the legal limit.

Even though Quick had done a "full" service 3 days before.

Before I paid the £900 to Nissan I called them & they basically told me to get lost & that once the car leaves them its tough.

VERY disappointing & I will never use quicks before.

Price On Car Isnt What You Pay

went with a friend to buy a vw polo to hull, sales girl was brill, car was not to0 bad for the price they said it had been serviced but it hadnt oil in car was black when we look at details they said oil filter had been changed and oil topped up not changed what a lie then we met the finance guy what a prat a real nasty guy i wouldnt buy a packet of crisps off him without checking the sell buy date

there were added extras that we had to pay £100 here and £100 there so the price on car IS NOT WHAT YOU PA

Mafia ?

Went to view a Corsa for my daughter at this place full of scruffy kids that have no knowledge about vehicles they actually charge extra than advertised price you cant do a deal there and then as "managers" are too busy hiding in a corner behind some ply wood> There loss I went to a franchise paid around the same and got a genuine car with history (Not an ex rental car) keep clear of this place its still evans halshaw but with a lick of nasty coloured paints
