Servicing - Customer Service Leaves A Lot To Be Desired
Staff tell you they will call you to update on progress but they don't. Turned up to pick up car once to find it hadn't been done as it needed a new part.
No one seems to answer the servicing desk phone when we call.
Husband dropped in car and taxi was supposed to take him into town. He was told the wrong place to wait - ended up walking into work instead.
In person they are all pleasant staff to speak to and I assume most of the issues could be about there not being enough of them to cope with the busier times.
Brand new Fiat500x (1000 miles) now in for its fourth visit for repairs. I think a replacement vehicle should be laid on all free, fully comp insurance, no excess etc as a matter of course when it's a brand new vehicle. Sadly not.

Do Not Take Your Car Here Or A Pushbike
My car was booked into Perry's Aylesbury Accident and Repair by my Insurance company Admiral after a minor front end collision, the engine was working fine, after 3 weeks it was returned to me the engine warning light comes on and it will not go over 30 mph when I phoned up to report this I was told they are OK on repairing the bodywork on a Landrover Freelander but know nothing about the engine but did come and collect the car and kept it for another 3 weeks saying they thought that there could be a problem with the fuel pump After numerous calls to them they have now returned the car to me with same issues. I have now got to get whatever they have done to it repaired with no support from them or Admiral

Avoid
My insurance company booked car in to be repaired after an accident. I was told they would contact me within 2 hours. 5 days later after over 100 attempts to contact them I asked my insurance company to take the car elsewhere. The one time I spoke to them they were rude, said they would call me back and never did. Shocking service

I Found The Dealership To Be Very Helpful. Conveni
I found the dealership to be very helpful. Convenient as they have many different brands available. I settled on a new fiesta and found the staff in ford to be very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The manager was very open and honest when going through the finance options and I never felt as though I was being forced into anything.
I would happily recommend them to any one. Great experience overall.
I Was Looking For A Ford S Max When I Visited Perr
I was looking for a Ford S Max when I visited Perrys Ford in Aylesbury and while I was there I asked for a finance quote.
A Young sales man sat down with me and I told him exactly what I wanted - Personal Contract Hire. He did not understand that, many dealers do not. He offered me Ford Options, a PCP product which is a type of HP. I told him I wanted to make 3 payments down followed by 23 and that there was no part exchange. He could not get his head around this and asked me 3 times how much extra money I was going to put in - I blew a fuse after the 3rd time, he was not listening so I told him to get the quote.
Having waited for 5 minutes, I walked out.
I bought my first car in 1978, sadly the fundamental way dealers try to sell cars has not changed over the years.
