Seriously Bad Service!

Never experienced such bad service! I sold my Range Rover and bought a Mercedes instead!

Unprofessional Service

Dropped my car which was suppose to be a 2 day job. It's now 16 days on and I have been given no idea when I will be getting back. I have been fed all the lies Under the sun to why it has been delayed. Apparently after a service the car went into safety mode. It so obiouvs that they have messed with a car the is 2 years old and are now having problems trying to fix it. Whilst sitting in reception I found out that there are a lot of in happy customers. Never ever give your car for any works here, they will try to charge you for works even if your car is under the 3 year warranty. If they don't manage to get money from you then they will almost make some story and try to rip of the warranty company. Remember even the dealership warranty is paid out by a third party although it's with Range Rover. They don't answer the phone and they constantly lie and make up stories and excuses. I have now contacted customer relations and logged a formal complaint as I spent over 100k and do not think this is the service I should be getting !

My Car Got Stolen Due To Key Being Left Inside

I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else, in october 2008 my Range Rover Vogue Supercharge had to go back to Lookers Park Royal due to windscreen demister problems, after leaving my car there a few days to have the problem solved i got a phone call informing me that they could not locate my vehicle and they thought it may have been stolen as the key cupboard have been broken into, but really it was due to them leaving the keys in the ignition.

I was given a courtesy vehicle and was assured that they would do everything they can to locate me another car, after a number of letter and three months i still had no replacement even though they had one but choose to sell it instead and was asked to return the courtesy vehicle also.

i later found out that mine was not the only vehicle stolen from this site, even though other cars were stolen months before mine, lookers did NOTHING to increase their security or even install a electronic gates to stop this happening again

It has now been four and a half years i am still in the same position i still have not been given a replacement and it has taken me this long and nearly £30,000 in legal fees and nearly another £30,000 in other expenses to get the matter to court.

i understand its one of those things and it happens, i just do not understand how they can drag it out for so long even though none of this was caused by anything i did , i had no part of this whole thing but its only me that seems to suffer from this whole situation.

This has cause me so much distress, frustration, anxiety, tension and inconvenience and at times worn me out but im still fighting and will do so to the bitter end.

Please if anyone has had a stolen from a dealership i would love to hear how you got on .
