Not Recommend!!!

Sweet talking service. After profesional car examination my opinion is- that Car i checked is made for sale but not for driving .

The don't event have a google review. As it would be.Then probably only a bad rating would be on it. Instead of that they managing reviews on them own website by keeping just good ones.

have all evidence and my brother is professional mechanic. Take all reading. They not trust and dont whant to believe you.

Whit all evidence in to them face. They bravely ignored them and explained that car is in good condition.

Omg.!!!

Deposit paid used to pass mot. And not refunded.

I guarantee. Another buyers pais deposit to for same car mot .

After seller ofered all problems to cover whit them premium warranty.

Imagine you just take a car from them its already have a bunch of problems and they says dont worry your cowered. Basically cars are adjusted for sale and persisting problems covered by warranty. Basicly cars sold whit problems that gona pop out and you the one who gonna deal whit them. Even though waranty.

The Best For Far !

I found Mototom online and found the courage to go there on my own,( being a female , these things are so daunting :0 ) ..... I was met by an lovely friendly guy who introduced himself. He introduced me to the guy who i was meeting to view a van. He also was so approachable and friendly. You see im a nurse and wanted to create a day van for a few of us nursing as we dont have anywhere to take our breaks etc. I explained all this to the guys and they were so accommodating, helping me choose the perfect size van for what i have planned . Constantly reassuring me that there was no rush and making me feel so comfortable. He happily showed me about 6 vans and nothing was to much trouble for him- he is a true asset !:)

Once a had chosen a van i was taken on a long test drive covering fast roads , humped roads and parking areas, which i felt was so thorough , on arriving back at the office he took over , offered me a drink and went through all the paperwork and we arranged a collection day. I can not praise this place enough, especially if your a female and feel daunted by trying to find a vehicle. It is a pretty establishment and very welcoming . Thank you so much guys ! a photo of the finished product will be forwarded when complete !!

Avoid At All Costs

Avoid at all costs

Bought a van from them 3 weeks ago and i have had nothing but problems with it. Only had the van 3 days after buying it then it went back to them for a leak above the windscreen and issues with it starting. They had it for over a week but the day i got it back after being told both issues were sorted it was back down there as the leak was still happening. Another 4 days they had the van to what can only be described as a bodge job to stop the leak, local body shop i took it to today said its the worst repair hes ever seen. Now having issues with the van starting again. Considering legal action as they have told me they will not issue a refund. Avoid this company at all costs!

Exceptional Service!

Exceptional Service! Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, and Covid aware.

I bought a Jag XJ and it was a smooth easy process. On collection, the car was beautifully detailed and everything was ready before I arrived.

Unfortunately, something broke the day after collection, and I had to take the car back. The warranty was upheld with no issue and the car repaired with their sincere apologies, despite an immense cost to MotoTom.

Thank you guys

Wasted Journey, Car Was Sold Upon Arrival

Rang the day before & 2 hours before arriving to book an appointment to view an Audi S5, the company directors’ own vehicle that he was selling, appointment was booked for me however after driving 75 miles upon arrival was told the vehicle has just been sold to the owner’s friend, the salesperson I spoke to was not at all sympathetic or apologetic and came across as arrogant and not overly concerned. This all could have been avoided if they had been more professional and communicated that the vehicle was going to be sold to the owner’s friend. Overall poor services and will not be using them in the future.

Poor Customer Service / Unprofessional

Paid full price for a Peugeot 207cc expecting to get some kind of customer service, think again. They mis sold an extended warranty which I cancelled for a refund this was the first problem.

They broke the bonnet release catch prior to us collecting the vehicle but only revealed this once all the paperwork was done and they had received the funds. The broken part was left in the door pocket covered in super glue where I guess an attempt had been made to bodge it in the hope that it wouldn't be noticed. They informed me they would order the part and to bring the vehicle back to get it fixed. I tried to help out by telling them to order the part and send it to me and I would fit it myself. Nearly a month later after several emails no sign of any part or any attempt to rectify this issue which apparently was being dealt with personally by the owner. As as other reviews have mentioned they hide behind their phones and email and lack professionalism.

Great Little Dealership

Travelled 100 miles to view a car on the spur of the moment and wasn’t disappointed with the service or the car would of liked a longer test drive if anything but that’s just me being picky .

Highly recommend this place to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to travel again for the right car !
