I bought a Golf GTD in September 2023. A section of paintwork completely stripped off in a car wash, and I was advised the vehicle had been accident repaired. The car had excessive exhaust smoke, and a VW dealer informed me the dpf filter had been removed and the car had been remapped.

These people sold me a 6 month warranty for £200. The car required a rear O/S brake caliper and discs and pads in November 2023. In January 2024 it required a N/S brake caliper and timing belt change due to worn tensioners.

Because of the faulty N/S brake caliper I had to pay for another new set of rear discs and pads. The warranty company would not pay because diagnostics showed the car had been remapped.

Make sure everything works before you buy a car from these people! After investigating the issues with this car the finance company agreed to cancel the loan and take the vehicle away to be sold at auction.

These people sell cars from their home address in Misterton. They trade by various names including JC Cars, Doncaster Autos and Milap Motors.

Do not trust these guys. Totally dodgy. I bought a car from these lot. Would never trust them again and makes me want to stick to main dealers in future as it was such hard work. Once the deposit was handed over and a collection day arranged I was shocked that none of the work on the car that was promised to be done was completed. Completely unprofessional excuses about varioud family members etc resulted in the car eventually being received with eith an extra 1500 miles on it. Hard work and very stressful. I wish I never met Parm or Sunny. Total liars.

looking and for a great price.

They were both polite and helpful and no problem at all to deal with

All in all I would definitely recommend them and buy from them again

bought a 2007 Citreon from this dealer in October 2016,advertised with fsh and 68k mileage, the car had 3 service stamps and 69500 miles, I purchased this car because of the condition, on the test run the ABS light came on he obviously new it had a fault because he told me exactly what the fault was, when I picked the car up the car did have a new ABS sensor fitted and no ABS light on, my problem with this dealer is the car was advertised with 3 months warranty, even when I rang up about the car I was told all their cars came with a 3 months warranty,he said that the details of the warranty would be emailed to me within the week, 2 weeks pasted no contact I emailed the dealer waited for a reply that did,nt happen so I contacted warrantywise who was the supplying warranty company, they had no record of this car on their records, they said they would contact the supplying dealer of the car which they did and hey presto it now has a 3 month warranty, also I did,nt receive the logbook after 4 weeks so contacted DVLA, again they had no record of my vehicle, I had to fill out a v62 form and send it off, I now have the logbook in my name, my advice to anyone looking to buy a car from this dealer id DONT, but if you do make sure you get the proposal form filled out with the car,s details and your details on it, do not accept their word it will be emailed to you because believe me you won,t get it, also fill out the new keepers details on the logbook and SEND IT OFF YOURSELF DO NOT LEAVE IT TO MILAP AUTOCENTRE.

Bought a 2007 mondeo from this so called dealership they advertised and sold it to me as a ghia model as I have never owned this model before I took their word for it. I later found out that is was the basic edge model which had ghia trim.

The car was in my local garage within a week having the wheel bearings changed as they where shot to bits but in all fairness I did test drive the car and did not notice this myself but these are supposed to be 'trained' mechanics so I would have thought the car would have been checked over before being put up for sale

If that wasn't enough I never received the log book from them and with the new tax laws after 2 months the car was no longer taxed as it had not been transferred into my name so I had to do all the legwork to get a new v5 for the car before I got a fine.

After all this the car is now Sat on my drive rusting away as it has terminal electrical problems because someone has tampered with the fuse box to bypass some impact warning lights again maybe not the garage but this should have been checked before the car was sold I maybe should have looked myself but I thought I could trust a garage to be honest. So I am now 3k down with no car and am unable to contact the garage to get this resolved. I have given up and taking this as a life lesson to pay attention to reviews I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I really wish I hadn't

Please take my advice and don't buy from them all they do is sell bodged up cars that just about look good enough to buy and price them reasonably to trick people into thinking they are getting a good deal

AVOID THESE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT LOOKS

These are the worst dealers ever, once they get your money they simply dont care, no customer service to speak of, really awful, dont put yourself through the stress

I cannot fault milap auto centre, I was warned when buying the car that they would not offer warrenty as the car was fairly old and had covered a lot of miles (210k) but since I have had it it has been fine. When viewing the car I suggested the tyres where worn to legal limits and they were happy to replace the tyres. The whole process of part exing my old car to buying my currentcar was pleasennt and without stress, over all I would say very proffesional

Brought a car from here, worst mistake I ever made. Went to pick it up. Next day and didn't even make it out of garage before they had to take it in to repair steering. They bodged it all, plastered over things whilst I made it out of the garage. I had nothing but trouble with the car, faulty steering, faulty tyres, radiator leaked then burnt out whilst I was on the motorway! Faulty airbag, and engine! They took no responsibility for it and took advantage of my understanding nature, never again!!! Stay clear of them!

Bought a car from here in early december. he said the car was fine and in full working order. i got it home only to find the two back windows did not work. i had owned the car less than an hour. i rang straight away only to be told he knew they didnt work and 'forgot to tell me'. He said it wasnt dsomething they could fix as it was an autoelectricians job. after taking it back their 'mechanic' fixed one window - a loose plug. the other window had a snapped cable. after 4MONTHS of chasing- - he kept saying they couldnt find a part. all this while the window was held up with STRING. they thought this was acceptable. Within a week I found a part and got it fitted. He was still fobbing me off dsaying they couldnt find a part and they were really difficult to get hold of. He just wasnt looking.

This is a horrendos way of treating customers and I would recommend to stay well clear of this lot.

Please please do not waste your time or money like i did!!
