worst place to buy car from Tipo is very rude after and lies again and again non stop just want to sell but after sales dnt really care, i bought c220 amg line premium plus from them on 23th Jan 2017 was happy with purchase but there was few scratches on car and bumpers he promised this will be fixed on collection 28th Jan 2017 but nothing was fixed he then again promised that we will book you in for 4th Feb 2017 i went today 9.30 but he dint really care poor after sales dont care about customer all he care about sales sales and selling more cars and this is the worst service I have ever had. Worst person I have ever dealt with avoid at all costs! It's a real shame they employ staff that lie to customers

This is the worst ever dealer i have been to to fix my car. Took my car to fix an ECU problem. I was welcome and my car taken from me. After a few hours my nightmare starts when i received a call and i was told by the advisor that they need to replace the whole ecu and they have added bits and bobs (that dont need urgent attention)amounting to £2500. The money was not a problem to me so i gave the go ahead with the job on condition that am going to get my car in three days as was promised by the advisor.it was a monday when i left my car and she said shes going to order the parts straight away.after monday i did not hear any updates at all. I waited until the following monday and decided to call them.she then told me it has not been ordered yet there was some delay.that infuriated me as i needed my car badly due to work.i decided to not do the work and she wanted to charge me for the parts even though she has not order it. I asked to speak to a manager and she lied that manager was on holiday. I asked for my car and she said they have stripped it down. WHATS GOING ON!!!!so they didnt give me my car until the following friday. They didnt do anything to it just a diagnostic. Upon receiving my car found broken pieces of plastic inside and one of my tools missing.this place should be avoided at all cost. Poooooorrrr staffs.
