Nice Collection Of Vehicles

I have visited many dealers who sale used cars and bikes but you are the one that offering the well maintained used cars & bikes. Buying a used vehicle is always a risky decision because many dealer sale defective vehicles but you guys maintain vehicles with full care and makes it perfect.

Got A Powerful Bike

Purchased a used Honda CBR last month from MB Motors and I am very happy with my bike. This is the best bike that I have purchased till yet. Powerful engine, nice pick up and amazing speed.

Stay Clear!!!

Do not buy a vehicle from mb!!! The vehicle checks they claim to make are obviously non existent. I bought a Range Rover from them 5 months ago, and the vehicle has cost me £4000 to have put right, all things that should have been picked up on the so called vehicle checks. I would advise any one to stay well clear. When I asked if the vehicle had the cam belts replaced ? I was told , if it had belts they would have been. Then the salesman told me it had chains not belts. WRONG , when I took the the vehicle to a landrover specialist I was told the car had belts and they needed changing,,, it also needed,,,', 2 new tyres,2 new front lower steering arms,new inner and outer steering rack, 2 new ball joints, 4 wheel tracking., 2 new egr valves and a new key fob, oh and the dynamic suspension pump was leaking fluid. How these were missed on mb,s inspection beggars belief,. So buy from mb motors and you're asking for trouble,,,,,,,, good luck.

We bought a mini from the Leeds branch. When we inspected the car I looked for the spare wheel to be told by the salesman that it didn't need one or a foam kit at it had run flat tyres. Everything else we queried got brushed away as "that's what these cars are like". When we got home I did a few inspections and found one of the tyres was very low pressure. It turned out that the rear tyres weren't run flat at all but normal conventional tyres. The tyre which was low turned out to have a faulty valve which we would have left us stranded had it gone flat whilst out on the road. When I queried whether it's ok to let us go without any way of fixing a puncture I was told it had passed the mot and pdi. Be very careful when buying a car from the Leeds branch of MB Motors.

Very Good At Cleaning Up Cars

Purchased a 3 year old vauxhall from Mb motors leeds. The car looked fantastic in the show room. When I took delivery of the car I noticed the bumper trim was loose possible due to frontal accident they had tried to hide, alloys had scratches and scrapes cheaply touched, side trim on passenger door had been glued on which fell off a month after ownership to discover it had had a respray to door which had rust coming though under trim. Front grill fell off because it had been glued in place as all clips were broken, had to buy a new grill. After three months of ownership it required new discs and pads all round. I have been sold a complete turf. Mb motors were completely uninterested when I raised my concerns. Appalling after care service. I've had to spend a small fortune putting it into the condition it should of been in. Also said they would send me the spare car key which they failed to do. Costing me again. Be very careful with this mob.

I had arranged to puchase a 2004 Mercedes E class. Every concerns I raised about the car, its age and legitimate know faults were batted down as wrong. I checked out the warranty company they use and they online trail is terrible which is usually a sign that they are. When i told him I no longer wanted the vehicle he was incredibly rude and aggressive in hit manour. Telling me I know nothing and am wrong about everything. Thing is I still need a car but I won't be seeing him again or any MB Group. I strongly advise you use another dealer.

Be Very Careful Whrn Buying A Car From The Leeds Branch

Only had our vehicle for a few months. Engine light came on we were told to take it to one of their garages. One of the problems was fixed we told them about 2. One hour after getting car back light came on again. We complained to MB Motors who basically said what do you expect for the age and mileage of the car. We expected more than 2 months of usage and only doing not many miles. After a lot of negotiation and legal threats the car was fixed for free only 1 item though. We think there was a problem with the car when we bought it. They only did an MOT. The work only cost them about £50.00 so not much out of pocket. Will never buy another car from here. We paid 2x+ a bit more on what they gave the previous owner. PLEASE BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYNG A CAR FROM HERE. Check the comments on line I wish we had.

Awful Customer Service

Myself and my partner bought our car 2 weeks ago today, when we sat down with the salesman he said 'before we pass our cars to our customers they go through a check over at our 'workshop' to make sure everything is ready for you to pick up'. We thought great and signed for the car.

After having the car 1 day we noticed the hand break wasn't working at all which lead to me nearly rolling back into another car! Plus the air conditioning didn't work. I rang the garage and asked why these issues wasn't resolved when the car was having its go over at the 'workshop' before we picked it up, the salesman didn't give me a clear answer and told me to take in it.

I had to book a whole day off work as I live in Sheffield to take the car back to Leeds, when I arrived they knew nothing about me coming with the car and left me stood waiting for 30 minutes before they came back and told me it would be a 4 hour wait. To which he walked off again, didn't show me where to sit and wait and it took them 1 hour to offer me a drink which is disgusting customer service.

I don't know the area but was that angry and upset I walked out and found a little café to sit and wait. Eventually walked back round the MB motors which I was told the handbrake was 'sorted' but they had to order a new pipe for the air conditioning, I asked why this wasn't checked before hand which again they didn't answer and not once did they apologise.

I couldn't face going back to them again as its awful customer service and they are liars, selling us a car with broken parts not even checking the handbrake is unbelievable.

Today I rang MB Motors to speak to the manager, the salesman replied with 'we don't have a manager' I said I want to speak to who ever is in charge of the so called 'workshop' he said call later he was busy. I will be taking this further as its disgusting how they have sold us a car with broken parts, not once said sorry and they have just spoken to my partner saying 'if your partner is not happy give us the car back' being very rude, it is not professional customer service they should have checked the car before selling it to us. Can only worry if there is anything else that is broken, we will be taking this further.
