I wanted a car on finance which i had seen online. online it was priced at 21K with the millage advertised however when visiting the showroom there were an additional 2k miles on top. On my first visit the customer service was excellent and the sales exec seened ver enthusiatic and gave me some pricing options. as i was unable to make my mind up he referred me to the sames manager as he was off the next day and may i say how unenthusatic he was about selling the car. he wouldnt even negotiate with the price of the trade or reduce the price of the car due to the millage advertised and the actual millage. i Had to contact the sales manager on numourous occasions and dont think ive ever called my mobile network the amount of chasing i had to do. all i wanted to do was close the deal. I think I will stick to BMW as they would do anything to help.

I Spent £40k On A New A5 To Get Home And Fin
I spent £40k on a new A5 to get home and find oil spraying out of the dipstick tube because the bung was not fitted/checked during the PDI. Took the car back the next day after phoning them to be asked to come back the day after because they did not have the parts! I ended up persuading them to take the parts of a showroom car, this was just the first of VERY poor service from Manchester Audi.
The sales process was excellent up to the point of delivery when the car was not cleaned correctly prior to handover, bits of the seat protective plastic was still left in place and various bit of delivery wax were still on the body, they ended up machine polishing it before my very eyes! Not good, with the service manager being particularly poor and non responsive despite me having to involve their customer service department at head office, I even tried to contact the dealer principal and 2 occasions without a call back. I will be following this up with Audi UK as I have now sold the vehicle and will not be having another, having had 2 pervious Audis and would have gone for my 4th.
I could go on as there is reams of issues with this dealership, I will however just advise stay away!
Sold Me A Car That Was Previously Crashed Without
Sold me a car that was previously crashed without telling me.
Also the alloy wheels had been sprayed with some cheap paint which flaked off first time I washed it.
The car cost £15k. General bad experience.
