Very Rude, Incapable Of Dealing With Customers Correctly.
Tried to enquire about a car and was spoken to incredibly rudely and seemed to be very defensive when enquiring where they were based so i could come and see the cars. Very suspicious of this garage and clearly from other reviews it was a good idea to avoid them. From the phone call 'ANGRY MR.LITTLE MAN SYNDROME' is the only way i could describe him.
I don't think its in our best interest to hide the garage from customers

Dodgy Dealers
I went to view the car(Peugeot 307 52 plate) with my five year old son, didn't look like a bad car but found a fault on the exhaust which was blowing quite heavy and held up with plastic tie backs. I mentioned the fault to the dealer and was guaranteed that it would be fixed,
so therefore I left a deposit and told them I would be back within a few days to collect the car when I could arrange a lift down. The next morning I had a phone call basically demanding me to collect the car A.S.A.P as they needed space for other vehicles in their lott and other people were ringing them to purchase the car that I had left a deposit on. I explained that I didn't see what the rush was as I had left the deposit and explained the situation as of when I would collect (which was fine with them when I left them the deposit)but all of a sudden they wanted the full ammount straight away.
I went to collect the car a few days later and was told that the exhaust problem had been fixed which seemed o.k for what I could see. I paid the rest of the balance and headed home. As I was driving home the car started banging from the underside. When I checked it was the exhaust hanging off. I checked the M.O.T certificates and this was down as an advisory stating slight corrosion on rear exhaust, which was clearly not... but a more serious matter, but this advisory was from before I even viewed the car, so they had a second chance through me mentioning it, and still didn't do anything about it.
When I eventually got home I phoned the dealer and explained the situation and he didn't really seem too bothered and told me to travel 45 mins to bring it back to him so that he could patch it up as he wouldn't replace the exhaust. I asked him that if I did, would he refund my travel costs as it was not a fault of my own and he declined. I also asked if he could foot the bill for me getting it fixed at a local garage which he also declined too. Stay away from these people they are nice to your face, but in reality they're con-artists.
I found out that the car dealers also have their own garage where they do their own M.O.T.'s. How convenient!
I only got it home today. Will be back on here if I find anything else wrong as I'm fairly certain I will I will.
These people lie through their back teeth to try and make themselves look good. They are rip off merchants and don't loose any sleep over it. They refused to give me a house name or number, gave me a dodgy receipt so there was no come back (a trade receipt!) and completely lied about the condition of the car. I could have taken legal action but it wasn't worth my time or money. It's sad to see that a couple of years on they are still ripping people off.
This is a load of rubbish. I have a reciept here for the £100 deposit that I left with you, and another reciept for the full balance payment a few days later. According to yourself you were recording all of my phone calls as you were unhappy about my review which I have posted on here. Also you phoned me threatening to get a solicitor onto me as you wern't happy with my review. I'd just like to say, feel free to get your solicitor as I have all reciepts from yourself, photo's of this comment of all the lies that you have just posted on here, and evidence that the car was not in roadworthy condition to pass the M.O.T. I also have reciepts for all other faults that I had to get fixed in order for the car to be road worthy. Kwick Fit was never mentioned by yourself I asked to get the repairs done locally and you refused point blank and insisted that the car had to go specifically back to yourselves. Also I asked if you could at least reimburse my travel costs if I was to travel back to you and you wouldn't even do that.
I think you need to stop telling porkies and run your business properly.
Have a nice day!
incredible you put a £50 deposit on a car we then called you the next day to tell you its was ready for collection you went on to tell us you couldn't afford the car until you sold your punto that was on auto trader I then kindly gave you 2 weeks to collect the car not bad on £50
when eventually you collected the car we took a very abusive phone call only 2 hours after collecting the car demanding I send you money for a complete exhaust I then asked you to return the car for inspection or take it to your local kwick fit YOU NEVER RETURNED THE CAR TO US FOR INSPECTION OR TO KWICK FIT you instead thought a bad review would be your best option

The Best Car Ive Ever Bought
I had been looking for an AUDI A4 2.5 TDI QUATTRO AVANT for a long time. I was informed by a friend of this one for sale in cheshire so I made the initial phone call to enquire about the vehicle and at the end of the converstion I knew that was the car for me. I found the gentleman that I spoke to to be very welcoming and helpful and the thing that I really liked was the fact that they did not try to sell me the car on the phone like others have done in the past. The problem that I had was the fact that they were approx 195 miles from me so the one thing that I didnt want to do was to make the journey and to be disappointed when I got there as I had been in the past. They assured me that that would not be the case so I made my arrangements and travelled up to see the car. On my arrival they picked me up from the train station and drove me back to their place of business where their hospitallity was second to none. When i saw the car I was so glad that I made the journey and when I test drove it and looked over the relevant documentation I was in no doubt that the car was coming back with me. Like I said (THE BEST CAR IVE EVER BOUGHT)
THANK YOU JONES EUROPEAN INTERNET CARS
Are you reviewing the right company? Did they pay you to write that or are they really doing their own dirty work under different names because of the bad reviews? Hmmm

Stay Away!!!! He Sells Vehicles Via Autotrader Und
STAY AWAY!!!! He sells vehicles via autotrader under 4 trading names. Bought a car that was advertised differently to what it actually was. Defects very well hidden especially in the dark. Paid a lot of money for a 'working car' that wasn't even road worthy. (Name removed) is incredibly rude and will ignore calls and emails as much as possible, even refused to accept a 'recorded' letter. The invoice you are given is cleverly done so that when you sign it you sign as a trader and not a consumer, this way if you take him to court for selling you such a faulty vehicle you then have to prove you are in fact not a trader but just a consumer despite signing next to where it says traders signature. The invoice stating you are wavering your rights under the Sale of Goods Act is not given until AFTER the sale has taken place. The invoice also states that the mileage is not guaranteed. Clocking perhaps? Very cleverly done. I had grounds to take the company to court but decided against as I sold the faulty car, honestly (defects clearly stated), to someone who wanted to fix it up.
I would not recommend this dealer to ANYONE! Stay away, save your money for someone who has a conscience so they can enjoy their caribbean holiday (yes he jetted off to the caribbean!). I wish I had read the other bad reviews on this trader first.
The most untrustworthy trader myself and my wife have ever come across. Not to mention arrogant.
Not quite what a solicitor says. Giving a traders invoice to someone who clearly isnt a trader. Stating the vehicle was road worthy when it clearly wasnt. Stating it was ONLY spares and repairs because of the high mileage was a blatent lie too.
Sadly if you Google this trader or any of the names he trades under then you will find what I found... numerous bad reviews so I cant be the only one?!
I recommend if you even consider giving this man your cash then at least have the car thoroughly checked and dont believe a word he says as its likely to be a lie.
As for being ignored... hmmm no reply when I asked where the log book was, no reply when I complained about the car. I would called that being ignored, no??
Sadly just another rogue trader who was reported to trading standards for stating on the invoice "we cannot guarantee the mileage is correct" among other things.
And the other reviews... did you do them yourself?!?
We sold this vehicle on autotrader and it clearly stated in the advert SELLING FOR SPARES OR REPAIRS. This car had covered 150,000 miles & was over 11 years old. This lady paid £1100, it was the cheapest on autotrader at the time so there nothing clever. She wasn't ignored & we certainly dont rip people off it's just a case of this customer didn't read the advert
