About As Helpful As A Bull In A China Shop
Approached the Gateshead branch today as we have an couple of ongoing issues with our Focus, both issues seem to be quite common with this car according . Cigarette Lighter wont work despite fuse changed, and footwell is wet in a patch that keeps coming back despite all water tests been ok.
Went in for some advice to find out if this was a common problem, but the guy who I spoke too clearly couldn't care less. He would not even do a basic check to see if this was a flagged problem or recall. He instead advised us to book this in, but when I questioned how much this would be they stated £85 just to check. Just so they can plug it into a diagnostics machine. Thankfully ringing their head office and speaking to a much more pleasent guy and we got the information we required without an £85 charge for doing nothing. Avoid at all costs, and phone their head office if you need advice as these guys will bleed you dry. Nothing short of daylight robbery.

Booked my Ford C Max in for a wing mirror replacement after being given the run around by another Ford Dealer ( that I bought the car from)
The service staff were very helpful and as soon as the new mirror arrived it was promptly fitted.
A special mention of Carlton, the young mechanic who handed the car back to me. What a polite young man; opening the showroom door for me and showing me to the car. A refreshing change !
The only reason that I haven't given a 5 star score is that the parking area is a nightmare ! Come on Jennings..get this sorted.

Terrible Service Received Jennings Ford Gateshead Branch
This company damaged 3 of my alloys wheels when my car was left with them with instructions to replace the locking wheel nuts and change two tyres. Despite complaining this company called us liars and we had damaged them. Escalating to a manager was pointless and was no help at all. This company have refused to apologise. Would never recommend Jennings Ford Gateshead branch again.

Fantastic!
The title may be a bit cheesy but it was just so easy dealing with Jennings. Nothing was too much trouble and everything is explained to the finest detail. I showed interested in paint protection and warranty but changed my mind at last minute no sales pressure it was just crossed off at drop of hat.
Excellent helpful and knowelegeable staff.
