i will never use the hull branch again... the sales manager is wonderful when you are buying a car , but not so wonderful when you are asking for a warranty refund. The complaints dept at the head office were very good tho

Great Initial Customer Service Shame About Aftercare

Absolutely great to start with  the person I dealt with in used car sales was fantastic answered all my initial questions regarding the car I had purchased on 17/01/2015. 2 months later I have a fiat 500 that's in need of a new GEARBOX CLUTCH And ENGINE COOLING FAN the bill is going to be in excess of £2900 this has been confirmed in writing by fiat and the branch manager MARTIN? of JCT600 Peugeot Hull replied to my concerns with the statement "FIAT ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE MONEY" even though I noticed a fault with the gear change which is why it was put into a fiat dealership ! Adding "THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE A WARRANTY" In my opinion this is an unacceptable attitude and not how you should treat customers that were willing to travel 200 miles for your REPUTATION. The fiat has done less then 1000 miles since the date of purchase and the garage have offered no solution and are not in any way interested in trying to resolve this issue................Hopefully they will see the error in there ways and try to rectify there poor after care.

Rip Off Garage

bought a car a year ago from this garage, only to find out that the car had 1 key, charged over £100 for extra key and then had to return car for a fault with the boot. Signed up for MOT warranty cover etc. when buying the car. DON'T BOTHER. just had the car MOT'd with them and loads of faults, which I find hard to believe occur in a year of buying a car from a dealership and to get them fixed would cost a fortune and are not actually covered by their so called MOT cover/warrenty etc. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone, service is appalling and charge stupidly high prices.

The MOT test cover is a fantastic tool and is well woth the cost.

The test cover is just £9.95 and covers many items.

All lighting equipment, steering units,fuel inj, feul ecu, fuel pipes,

drag links, track rods, brake pipes shockers,coil springs, swivel joints,mountings and subframes, seat belts, horns , wipers, master cylinders, wheel cylinders, brake pipes , calipers, compenastors, ABS sensors and ECU. Many people I know have purchased and saved money on the repairs so it is very much worth it.

It could save you £350 how can that not be worth it.

The pricing is very competitive and is probably one of the cheapest main dealers in the area.

Bought A Car From Jct600 In Hull December, 2009, W

Bought a car from JCT600 in Hull December, 2009, within 2 weeks and hardly any mileage at all there was a problem, the car went back and they had it for 5 days! Repair done, 6 months later car would not start, had to pay for recovcery to take car back to JCT600, very unhelpful service engineer. The problem was the battery. They charged £117 for new battery plus £25 recovery costs. Job could have been done at another garage for £69.99 in totsal. When I contactred sevice engineer and told them not to bother with repair, I was advised the diagnostic check would cost me £50 anyway plus the cost of recovery, so I had no alternative to get them to do the repair. Was told diagnostic toke an hour! To check a battery very unlikely! When I complained was told by service manager, Steve, if I had that attitude they would refuse to do any further repairs even though the car is still within the warranty! Would never buy a car from them again, nor would the 2 freinds who heard the conversation on speaker phone! Will be taking this up with general manager. Total rip off and lack of comunication!

I have used them regular as does most of my family with no problems.

You did not say how much the other garage would charge, if they had recovered it and diagnosed and replaced a like for like battery?

I found this review not helpful because...

It only take into account not his but others opinions.

Vehicles are more cpmliacted these days and that includes batteries.

The fact is most people fit incorrect incorrect batteries to the cars without chaecking what should actually be fitted, due to the fdifference in amps this can cause other faults.
