Totally Ignorant
I was lucky enough to be able to afford two new vehicles, one Ferrari and a new Bentley. After paying in excess of £745,000 HR Owen found it necessary to ignore me at every opportunity. Not replying to emails or calls, and it took me the best part of three weeks to claw my money back. No apology no explanation just nothing. Avoid at all costs. They care nothing about you as a customer, they just want your money.

Paid £200,000 For A Lemon 488 Spyder - Drove It For 3 Weeks
I Paid £200,000 for a 488 spyder in Oct 2021.
In Nov 2021. After 5 weeks. I returned it asking them to fix 12 major issues with the car.
They refused.
its Dec 2021. And they still have the car. 4 weeks sitting in their repair shop.
They don't return my calls.
My lawyer says send the car back to them.
Their own customer service confirmed the 12 points. Plus they found 3 more points wrong.
But their expert engineer said they found nothing.
THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
Ferraris are beautiful to look at and very bad to drive.
The engineering on them is less reliable than a Lada from Russia.
THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT MARKETING.

Better Service From My Local Renault Dealer
Absolute amateurs. Buying a car from HR Owen is about as pleasant as going to the local fish market - although you get a better deal from the fish market. Totally incompetent sales staff who think you are lucky enough to even to be speaking to them. Main aim seems to be to screw you at every step of the way. Will never buy another car from HR Owen again. No idea how to price a car, negotiate with customers and close the deal. Total lack of interest once they have your money, no idea of customer service - totally not the experience you expect when buying a supercar.

Loss Of Trust And Confidence
Took my Maserati in for servicing. It passed the MOT with no advisories.
Next day I received a long list of repairs required totalling some £11,000 in addition to the cost of the service.
The first item I picked up on was clutch 72% worn. How could this be when just 500 miles ago the was 41% worn. Sure enough on retest it was only 42% worn and at the rate I drive good for another 10 or 15 years.
Other issues identified on the list also proved to be a storm in a teacup bar one.
No apologies were received and I have now lost total trust in HR Owen after being a loyal customer for many years - DISGRACEFUL

Excellent Efficient And Courteous Service
I wanted to have my BMW serviced at a place close to my residence, and HR Owen came up in the options. I gave it a shot, booked an appointment but when I turned up at the service centre, I was informed that the BMW garage had moved a couple of miles away - the one outside north Acton station was only for rolls/maserati. I was freaking out as I had meticulous plans for the day and could not afford to spend about 30mins in morning traffic. The manager suggested he could have my vehicle driven over to their BMW garage which was like a lifeline to a drowning man! The servicing was excellent and the car was dropped off back where I left it (as per my request).

Typical Car Dealer? Not Really. Thank Goodness.
We love the Bentley (and I'm particularly partial to the heated seats and individual temperature control each side), but when Will told us that "everyone loves a Bentley" when he was selling us the car, I really thought that he was -shall we say- exaggerating; it turns out that he was telling the truth! (Which is not always the case when someone is selling you a car!) People really do love it, even if you briefly park where you shouldn't, you still get urged to leave it there.
The service so far from HR Owen has been remarkably good, in fact, exemplary: lovely, polite people, who even delivered the car after its MOT, when my poor husband was too ill to collect it.

Fantastic Unhurried Service
I recently decided to purchase a Rolls Royce Ghost from H R Owen at Berkerly Square. The sales person Vivienne made me feel at ease right away, she was knowledgeable, considerate and there was no hard sale. This made me feel relaxed and the test drive was booked without any hassle and at a time that suited me. All in all, a great example of good old fashioned service. Brands like Rolls Riyce don't need the hard sale, great cars evoke passion in people to buy them. Well done H R Owen, please keep up the good work. R Adil

Classic Incompetence
I took my vechicle in for a possible gear and belt tensioner problem on a wednesday and had the diagnosis report the follwing Tuesday evening (6days). I had to be constantly ringing the office for an updates. They cld not find anything wrong with the gearbox and gave me a bill 379 to change the belt tensioners. Got a quote for 165 from another dealer for the same repair. it cost me 80 pounds to rent a vechicle from Enterprise and when they finally offered to give me a courtesy car i was charged 20 a day for insurance. You will be mad to take your vechicle to these guys. Their main priority is not fixing your car, it is to make as much as they can from each customer.

i thought i stop by and write a review on the level of service i was provided with a couple of days ago.
I felt very welcomed from the minute i waked through the door. Was kept informed step by step on what was carried out on my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and i would not hesitate to use and recommend HR Owen to friends and family.

I previously used the Hythe Road (now School Road) Service Centre for fifteen years.
My new BMW came via Berry @ Chiswick and I felt obliged to have my services & repairs there; I have done so for the past for the past two years. I recently lost faith in Berry - they are great technically but customer service varies wildly between service advisers.
I decided to revisit HR Owen and the experience reminded me why I had kept going back to them for fifteen years previously.
Upon collection of my car after a major mechanical repair, another warning light came on within 30 minutes after collection. I called my service advisor from my office at work, he told me he'd call me back within 15 minutes. Not only did he call back (Berry take note) he offered me a replacement vehicle if my car needed to be kept in; luckily it was only a sensor re-alignment so It was repaired during my lunch break that same day.
