Lose Your Car Mats/put The Phone Down On You/don't Call Back
I called them 2 Thursdays ago - car was due a service and it seemed like the starter motor / battery was an issue - so called dead on 9:00 Thursday morning hoping to get it in for Monday. Spoke to someone who took all my details but couldn't book the appointment - said someone would call me back. So the whole point of me ringing first thing was to get an appointment asap. Nobody called me back. Called at 9:45 and got answerphone - left a message. Nobody called me back. Called again just before 10:00 and got the answerphone again. Pointless leaving another message. Called again a few minutes afterwards - finally got a human being but the earliest they could get me in was Tuesday. Lo and behold the car broke down on Monday. So car went in for a service Tuesday. Didn't use the car for the rest of the week. Saturday morning get in the car to go to Birmingham - no mats in front passenger & driver footwell. Called them and basically the lady I spoke to didn't believe that the mats were missing. She investigated, couldn't find them and said she would have to speak to a manager and she wouldn't be able to do that until Tuesday. She would call me back Tuesday. Tuesday - nobody called. I called and spoke to someone who doesn't like customers complaining - I basically complained that nobody had apologised for having caused this inconvenience and not resolving it (and not calling back). When I said about being interrupted while I'm trying to speak she just put the phone down on me.
So I called back and asked to speak to the manager and got the lady I had originally spoken to about the missing mats. She needs to wait for the manager to come back today so that they can check the CCTV! Let's hope nothing happens to him otherwise they may never be able to check the CCTV!
I've been going to Fish Brothers Toyota for something like 10-15 years. Not any more!

Poor knowledge, awful customer service, no customer support post sales, avoid, Bought a van from these guys and found them incompetent and unreliable.
