BUYERS BEWARE!! NEVER... EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I went to view a Vauxhall Astra last week from this car dealership which looked great, i took it for a test drive and all seemed fine, there was a big dent in one of the tires which they said they would happily change for us, apart from that it was perfect for what me & my little family needed. I put £200.00 deposit down and left.

a few days later i went to pick up my car paid the remaining £1600.

I could tell it had been cleaned and had a very nice fresh smell, i was told that the seats were wet so they had put a cover over the drivers seat for me.... BIG FAIL on my behalf. as i was driving home i had realized the heating was not working!!! it working fine when i took it on a test drive.

Thinking it was a fuse i changed them all once i got home, it wasn't.

My partner came outside to look at the car because she hadn't seen it before and as soon as she opened the drivers door she said 'you didn't tell me there was a massive rip on the drivers seat?! what a coincidence that they had put a plastic cover (ONLY) over the seat That had been damaged!

I can tell you the rip was 100% not there when i went to view this car..

The next day i called them and queried the heating.. they're reply was you will have to book it in with us, but your warranty only covers the engine & Clutch.

I then asked about the rip in the seat, He then replied 'Sorry' and hung up the phone. how rude!! I was fuming and i called them back and questioned him again about the rip? his reply was it was there before! i told him i was not happy with the service and i would want some sort of refund or how would i go about returning the car. he said i really don't care if your not happy, you brought the car... its your fault. we do not do returns.

these people obviously do not care about the customer service they are giving and obviously just want you ££££

Bought a car off them, after a week the engine light came on and the car was severely under powered. Took it back and after a week they claimed they'd sorted the problem, they'd done nothing but cleaned it! After a particularly unpleasant confrontation it nearly ended in an assault charge pressed against one of the owners. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I bought a car and paid a lot of money for it. The car had apparently had a full service, there was no oil in the engine when I got home. Paperwork states car had done LESS mileage at service than it did for MOT a month before and the difference was a lot of miles. The car had done 6k sitting on the forecourt!! 4 months later the car was declared sorn due to its constant oil burning and smoking! The abuse I received when I called them was astonishing! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO GET A DANGEROUS, UNFIT CAR WITH DODGY PAPERWORK only given after everything is signed! Until that point, there isn't any and you can't check it. Don't take their word... They lie.

I would avoid this lot like the plague, unless you really know what you are looking at and are very diligent in checking the paperwork they supply with the car.

The car I bought was in fact a Cat-D write-off but they supplied a document with the car which said it was all clear, apparently from HPI - a real dealer told me otherwise. They also allege that most of their cars have had cambelts changed, full services etc etc, but most have not so whilst they sell cheap and cheerful motors, you need to be sure you know what you are doing and ignore everything they tell you.

I LEFT A £100 DEPOSIT TO SECURE A MINI FOR MY DAUGHTER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WOULD BE OURS.

ON THE DAY I WAS TAKING HER TO SEE THE CAR I GOT A CALL FROM THESE COWBOYS SAYING THAT THEY HAD SOLD THE CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY.

I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, BUT THEY REFUSED.

THIS IS NOW BEING TAKEN UP WITH MY BANK.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU GET NOTHING FOR IT.
