To Be Honest, They Don't Even Deserve To One Star!
To be honest, they don't even deserve to one star!
I went up there with my car and done a straight swap with one of theirs. Straight away I had nothing but problems; leaking power steering fluid, inadequate breaks, gearbox problems, clutch problems, to name but a few. I took the car back under warranty every month for 6 months, the problems never went away. By the time the 6 month had come round I had had enough. I told them that under the Sales of Goods Act I wanted a replacement up to the value of what I got the car for (£5000). They straight away said ok.
Then came 6 weeks of hell, they said the power steering wasn't working because I had put brake fluid in it. My brother is a mechanic and topped up the fluid himself, and I had to bottle and receipt to prove that I had in fact not done this, didn't matter it was still my fault. The owner was letting his staff drive around the Ford; they both went through sets of red traffic lights as the brakes had stopped working altogether!
After 6 weeks of stress, a very stern letter from my solicitor and a looming court date they did eventually give me back my original car. While informing me that the car had had a full paint job (it hadn't) and that I had "had a right touch" (6 weeks of stress and having to take time off work to get this sorted is not what I would call having a right touch!). My advice is don't touch with a barge poll, they are con artists and that is the only way to describe them.

whatever you do,dont buy from this dealer.i bought a citroen picasso from them.straight away i had problems.i took it to a localgarage who confirmed the turbo was faulty.the dealer had disconnected the turbo and sold it to me.i,d paid 2900 for the car.the owner tony wouldnt accept any responsibility for the problem.his exact words were if you want the car fixed i would have to pay for it.he wouldnt give me a refund or lend me a courtesy car while mine was being fixed.i took the car to a citroen dealer who explained the repair would be 1,500 to fix.i couldnt afford to have it repaired.nightmare.
