Would Not Buy From Here Again
Recently bought a car from this dealership,
When I test drove the car I heard a noise which didn't sound right and pointed it out to the salesman who said it was just something in the boot and said their cars get checked over before being put for sale.
Upon picking this car up after purchase and driving it home this noise got louder so I contacted the dealership and eventually, after the service team suggesting I take it to the manufacturer directly, managed to get my car back into the garage the next day and given a courtesy car.
Turns out a drop link needed changing which would have meant it would fail an MOT if the car needed one and therefore not safe to be on the road. Once it had been fixed and I drove it back home I emailed the salesman about potential compensation due to wasting my time as I needed to drive to and from the dealership several more times than I should have done and was allowed to drive the car away with a fault on it even though I told the salesman there was a noise which shouldn't be there and even though they had apparently checked over the car.
I would not recommend going to this dealership if you don't know anything about cars as it appears the salesmen don't know much either so they wouldn't beable to answer your questions or will try to pass a knocking noise from the suspension off as being something in the boot!
EDIT:
I returned this car (BT68 AGO) as the screen kept going off. If anybody buying that car actually reads this make sure the screen is working properly before buying the car. Ensure it hasn't just been reset like mine was where there is a chance of it just going off again.

Id Give No Stars If Possible. Read About My Experience...
I cant even begin to explain my frustration with this shoddy set up. Look up inept in the dictionary and you'll see the words "Bury Motors".
My van which is less than three years old had knocking noises from the rear. It took FOUR visits (after numerous "fixes") for them to then say it was the rear shockers which needed replacement (not under warranty, what a surprise. So I coughed up almost £300 for replacement of them both. Ok that's one issue solved, after a long long wait.
Next issue, creaking noise from the side of the van. They said it needs new door rollers. This fixed the issue initially but its starting to come back. I suspect its the grease on there which is silencing the creak, not the new rollers.
Big one: a separate mechanic diagnosed a fault with the gearbox. So after another two visits this was replaced (under warranty). I also asked them to regas the air conditioning. WHEN I DROVE AWAY FROM THE GARAGE, the air conditioning was NOT working. But I was too focussed on the tractor like noise coming from the engine bay (the van is definitely louder than it was when I dropped it off, but they say this is normal... What would I know? Its only my van.)
So after a week of working 13 hour days, it being the anniversary of my dad going into a hospice, and honestly feeling a bit embarrassed that i was having to phone them AGAIN, I popped in on a Sunday and although service was closed, one of the three sales reps who didn't have his feet up on the desk having a snooze(yes, really) agreed that the air conditioning wasn't working. So it went in again. Now they say that there are multiple leaks not only in the air conditioning condenser but the radiator costing a total of £1300! Wow, for my van to have sustained such damage in the space of a week and a half, having been driven barely 30 miles; is that unlucky? Or is it their incompetence and dishonesty. Id love to see a pressure test report for this supposed regas. Apparently it cant pick up a leak that empties within the space of a few hours... So im now £80 down for the aircon regas, which they are refusing to refund. I took pictures of the radiator and condenser the day before it went in again, and suddenly there are huge gaps in them... They are claiming that this damage occured in the last week, after the regas. That's a LOT of damage for a week of low miles.
Ill be taking Bury Motors to court. I have plenty of evidence and the numerous visits ive had to make support my argument that theyre a bunch who will miss numerous faults and promise something is fixed, when in fact it isn't.
There is more ive been put through with them, but I just don't have the energy to go into more. I think that's enough.
Suffice to say, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Disgusting And Avoid Like The Plague
Don't even bother with this place total disgusting level of service they give to customers. Miss sold a car to my late father, I rang the dealership where the manager told me 'don't talk over me or I wont help you' no empathy, no knowledge, no customer service and certainly no morals! Even wrote a letter to their directors who didn't even have the time the reply even though they miss sold a financial product to a vulnerable person. This place is a disgrace for a financial body and a disgrace for customer service. Good luck if you get Shaf the manager also, total joke you should be ashamed.

Nearly Bought A Car They Had Already Sold
After two days of negotiating a price for a car, the sales women had been back and forward to her manager, a price was agreed. I said I would come down and see the vehicle. I recieved an e mail within 10 minutes to say the vehicle had been sold to someone else.
1 hour later I was negotiating a price for the same car, with a different saleswomen.
Still havent got to the bottom of whats going on.
I would suggest avoid.

Caveat Empator! Buyer Beware!
Terrible customer service! I ordered a new car, the delivery date was changed 5 times! They didn't care that I had no alternative transport, even after I had lost my previous vehicle and was reduced to using taxis to get everywhere! They wouldn't offer a courtesy car, or compensation for costs incurred by the delay, and showed a complete lack of empathy about my situation, avoid, avoid, avoid! Go somewhere else if you can. The problem was with both the dealer and Renault UK so I can't recommend using another dealer! They lie about delivery dates to get the sale, do not buy unless the car you wish to purchase is in front of you.
