Complaint History,the Read Is Quite Long So Stick With It...

Complaint history,the read is quite long so stick with it......Once upon a time in a galaxy far far away......Ford showed no mercy to their customer's. Chapter 1. Visit to ford Erdington. Collapsed parcel shelf. Told I could fit this myself. Explained why due too Autistic son this needs to be addressed by you guys as i had no idea what was needed to fit this,so I left. Chapter 2. Went to Ford west bromwich had it fitted. Coud I keep faulty shelf to use as shade for Autistic son NO,but you left in the boot anyways after causing such a fuss. Spoke about noises and when car is running tapping sound,it's common on Puma??? Could I book it in anyways,NO. Chapter 3. Car went in for alarm going off all the time upsetting Autistic son,problem fixed,while there Car is still rattling no advice given. Chapter 4. Booked Car in for 29th,courtesy car cancelled. But could I drive car to your masters technician who would on a test drive to LISTEN LOL. Videos sent of horrific noises. Chapter 5. Advised car will be delivered,I asked nothing bright due to Autistic son,I hope this is being noted. Cars offered red? No car deliverd,no car picked up,no call back also as promised. Weekend cancelled. Rude staff and lied to several times. Shocking service,with rude staff. Not once did I raise my voice or show any aggression to your staff. This needs to be addressed ASAP. My whole story will be shared with as many people as possible,hoping people steer clear of your product.

Terrible Company Full Of Lies.

Awful company had my car for 4 weeks for a replacement turbo, When i asked when will my car be ready "oh tomorrow" tomorrow comes " It will be ready Monday" lies lies. Girl at the desk is very rude to.

I have bought a car from them and me and the dealer agreed for the car to be delivered to London where I live. The dealer told me that he will call me the next day to tell me when the car will be delivered.So the next day came,and no phone call from the dealer(his name is Mario).So I waited for the next day and I had a call from General manager of Darlington branch and I have explained the situation:I have £500 deposit taken from my credit card,I was told that I will be notified when my car will be delivered but I did't hear from Mario who promised to call me back.So the general manager told me that he will talk to him about my car.The general manager told me that he will call me back after he told me that he will put one of his technician to inspect de car again afer I've told him that if I find anything wrong with the car (when it was due to be delivered to me)I won't buy the car so he told me he understand and he will get back to me.

So the next day I have talked to the general manager of Bristol Motors Darlington Branch who told me that he can't sell me the car because his technician discovered a oil leak and they will have to take the head gasket down and strip it all down...I have been told that I will get a refund which I did in the end today after I've been messed up and waited for 4 days for a car which it implies to me in the end that they were trying to sell me a faulty car....nice practice Bristol Motors,A Vertu Company as it's stated on their website....

It is a shame thous because I thought that the customer service operator(Bob is it's name) tried to be very helpful with all my queries and he did his job very well,a true professional indeed,shame about the others!

So if you ever come across with Bristol Motors/A Vertu Company and you want to buy a car from them,I suggest to you to look elsewhere to avoid a lot of hassle!

I have never in my life had to deal with such an incompetent bunch of idiots.

Do not buy a car from these cowboys, they dont know the difference between a hammer and a spanner

If you want to hear dulcet tones with no follow up then choose this company, it's really all they are good for
