They Dont Care!!!

brought a car from this company beginning of january, was sold to me with 58,000 on the clock, wasnt until 2 days later that i pressed the trip button to see that it read 61,000, was also told that it has a spare key and that they would sent it to me once they received it from the previous owner, well after many phone calls to this car dealer and not getting anywhere i contacted the previous owner once log book had come through and was told that the dealers knew that it had 58,000 on the clock and that they had left second key with them when they part exchanged the car for one that they now have, after talking to the old owner she said that she was shocked to see it advertised with 3,000 miles lower than than what was actually on the clock. I did receive a spare key which sadly doesnt fit my car so if anyone has recently brought a rav 4 from this dodgey company i may well have your spare key and you have mind!!!!

Never Use This Company

Do not buy a car off of this company. It is run by a scum bag called Chris Head. I bought a car from him and it broke down before I even got it home. After many failed attempts to fix the car I wanted my money back, which was refused by Chris Head and then he became very aggressive and intimidating. Do yourself a favour and never use this company. They should not be in business.

Very Poor Car Dealer

Bought car for daugher, took out year's warranty and after 3 months brake cylinder leaked. Owner was rude to my daughter when she took it back. Had to make 4 calls before he called back and said it wasn't covered under warranty and the damage had been caused due to being driven by a newly qualified learner driver! Said he'd repair at trade cost. Not happy but as he refused to say where car had been taken and hung up had no real choice but to pay up and get the car back. When buying car the owner, Chris Head, said it had full service history. Made mistake of taking him at his word and when looking through after this problem with the brakes it was evident it didn't. Looking closer at the MOT certs the car had been clocked by at least 10K miles before it arrived at this garage. Put this to his assistant when colletcing the car as we wouldn't have bought it if we'd known the mileage was higher. His comment was if the owner (C Head) had spotted this then he wouldn't have provided that paper work. That speaks volumes about his integrity. So my advice would be steer clear and if you do decide to buy then: 1) Don't rely on the warranty or take out an extension - not worth the paper its written on. 2) Check the service history carefully and if it is is not all present then ask yourself why that may be. 3) Check the link below and ask yourself why there have been so many different owners - lack of continuity usually indicates problems. 4) We didn't get an official invoice for the repair and heard from a good source that their repairs are not always done at offficial garages with genuine parts This may or may not be true but as he wouldn't reveal where the car had been taken nor provided an official invoice then make up your own mind.

Wonderful Service Great Car

From the moment I first contacted the company they where polite and helpful I wasn't sure which car I wanted so when I arranged to go to the site I was shown various cars and asked what I needed the car for to ensure I got the right car for me! Once I had chosen my car I was advised about the warranty and had free 7 day insurance cover which just made everything so easy. The whole procedure from start to finish was great and I recommended this company to family and friends - two friends who have now got their new cars and are as happy as me. Must say I had seen some negative reviews from customers a year or so ago and did ask the company and they explained it has been now under new management now for sometime. My overall experience has been great and when I want a new car I will return.

This comment was obviously written by the owner of the company (Chris Head)

I can't believe anybody would be satisfied with dealing with this company and this

person.
