They Should Have Worn A Mask...

I would avoid these. My Mum went to buy a car they were advertising. They didn't have this vehicle, they then took £100 for a car they were getting in which they then didn't get in. The next step was to then say they had found another car. The only thing was that this car was more expensive than the one she had intended to buy.

The car they were getting was bought from a dealer who we found advertising at £6800. They didn't realise we knew this and then attempted to price the car at £8k. This was £1200 more than the forecourt price but because they could finance this over a longer period they were able to make it fit my mums budget. They also flogged her insurances that would finish long before the finance ended. To squeeze more profit out of my Mum, they tried to price massively below the we buy any car price which we know are pretty much the lowest prices you will get.

When I confronted them with the figures on behalf of my mum because she is of an age where she trusts others to be fair and honest - they held there hands up and said they would drop the cost to their costs which was £7400 as they had paid forecourt price (this didn't seem right). We declined the deal and found a car almost identical (200 miles less was the only difference) and paid £6800 for it.

Having told the garage that they had lost the sale, we have fought with them for a month to get her £100 back. This has been returned with a note that they have done us a favour as it was their policy to keep the £100. We have also seen the car on the forecourt now being advertised at £7,200. If their £7.400 cost price was true, then they are looking to make a £200 loss on this... hmmmm)

They are a garage to be avoided and I wouldn't trust them. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful Dishonest Unsafe

Where to start. Fiat Blackburn collected my car for service from my work. Shorty after I had a problem with brakes due to this being missed at service. Shorty after this the car developed a serious problem that almost got me killed. At this point fiat tried to tell me that they had no records of my service, very convenient. Refused point blank to give me a courtesy car, leaving the rest of my team short staffed (I am a nurse) They then gave me the car back. 2 days later same thing happened, how I wasn't killed I don't know. Fiat Blackburn did not even apologise. Once again refused point blank to give me a courtesy car and told me I would be at least a week without a car. Managers are rude, people promise to call back & then go home without bothering to do so. I am still expected to make my monthly payment even though I haven't access to the car. Cheeky guys even had the nerve to telephone me to try & sell me a new car. What a joke as if I would buy another car from them, wouldn't trust them to repair a puncture on my push bike. Avoid at all costs

Lousy Service

Have tried twice to buy a car from this company. After going into one of there dealerships I was informed that the car I had earlier inquired on line had been sold, wasting my time. They tried to sell me something else which I wasn't interested in. The car I was interested in was still being advertised on there and other websites a couple of weeks later. Yesterday I inquired on line about another vechile, and was rang today. I asked if they could do anything with the price, I got the usual, I don't think so but I will talk to the manager. They rang back 5 minutes later to inform that the price was wrong on the Web and it was actually £1000 more, but was willing to knock £400 off, making it £600 more than the original price, needless to say will never be entertaining this motor group again appalling service

"why Haven't You Bought The Car Instead Of Wasting My Time"

The above sentence typifies the attitude of their sales manager.

I contacted them through their web site and initially dealt with a sales agent who was patient and courteous.I wanted a particular make and model of used car and wanted to part ex an older model.

The sales agent offered me a couple of options but said they weren't on site and I would have to pay a deposit to see them. I had mor or less decided on one and all that remained was to settle the p/ex . their offer was £500 less than anyone else - even we buy anything was better. When I questioned the part ex the sales manager jumped in and sidelined the salesman. His attitude was belligerent and overbearing and accused me of wasting their time saying "why won't you buy it? " . When I went back later to double check the vehicle details he came on line and said he had banned me .

In all my years in sales I have never experienced such behaviour. I know they have targets but in this case I suspect he was just showing off to a junior salesman. If he worked for my company he would be collecting his P45

Really Bad Customer Service From Renault!!!

Poor Motability Specialist, very unproffesional, when placing an order for a new car under motability, did not even get an order form, car salesman shouting across to other members of staff calling them Bro, on his phone, poor motability knowledge of system even though he is supposed to be accredited,Asked for a big deposit when not even getting an order form!! even the sales manager made promises which he did not keep when I complained to him, absolute rubbish dealership, I also complained to motability about this dealership, eventually got them to cancel my order after being lied to by Renault Sales Manager.

I went to another Dealership in preston and they are excellent!!

Steer well clear, I give this dealership 12months before it closes down!!!!

Wouldnt Recommend To Buy From These

After 4 attempts at them providing a credit agreement that showed the correct information and a stand off with this garage over our car, they finally got it right and I could drive my new car away. They spoiled our excitement of buying a new car with what we can only describe as very poor and insincere dealings. We lost all faith in them very early on in our relationship due to their attitude. I will not be going back to this garage for servicing or anything to do with my car due to the stress levels we incurred throughout this poor poor situation.

Apart from that I love my new car!

Stay Clear!

By far the worst garage I have ever bought a car from, the customer services you receive is a disgrace for a garage with so many other garages all over England, now the car has engine issues and because I never took extended warranty, but I am still within my standard warranty period so work that one out!,,,they do not want to no,even before major problem, they will never return call etc ,do yourself a massive favour and spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible

The worst experience of buying a car ever! I would never go there again or recommend to a friend. The used car I bought was meant to have two keys ( it was advertised with two keys and two different sales men told me on three separate occasions that it had two keys as well). Once I had signed everything they gave me the one key I asked were the other was and they said they would get it for me. 2 months, 8 phone calls later and 4 visits to the show room and speaking to 3 people including the manager and nothing has been resolved. They have just pushed the situation to one side and even went as far as saying to me if I took if further I wouldn't get anywhere as it would be my word against there's. I was unable to write a review on there website so hopefully people will see this before considering buying a car from there.

Blackburn Motor Park - Renault

It is funny that when you go on their site all the reviews are saying it is the best dealer in the place, however when you look at other reviews the real picture comes clear. The Renault part is the worse delaer I have ever used in my life, you have to chase them, their staff and unhelpful and blame each other. The manager never returns your calls and you have to deal with a rude receptionist everytime you call. The saleman just left my wife in the rain after handing her the keys for the car (vapour of fuel left in the car), explained nothing to her and did not even help move the car seat across whilst my 3 year old daughter stood in the rain. I would and will never use this dealer again!
