Very Very Poor
I recently had a terrible experience at AutoSportiva having bought a Porsche Cayman GT4.
First of all, they sold me a car with incorrectly painted wheels (poor quality and non matching Porsche colours) which not only looked unprofessional but also affected the vehicle visually. They attempted to fix the issue but failed. I eventually had this fixed elsewhere. AutoSportiva paid for this having got it so wrong prior.
Secondly, I discovered that the car had undisclosed previous accident damage, making me question their transparency.
Thirdly, I was told that the car has been serviced by Porsche prior. Turns out that it wasn’t. AutoSportiva paid for the service.
And to top it off, the clutch started slipping shortly after purchase, indicating poor maintenance and inspection practices. AutoSportiva are refusing to pay for this however I plan to have the car fixed, gain a report from Porsche and follow this through legal channels.
Overall, AutoSportiva's lack of integrity and negligence towards their vehicles has left me highly dissatisfied and regretful of my purchase.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Side note - I have been informed that AutoSportiva have only quite recently been selling high end sport and prestige cars. Previously they sold more accessible vehicles - which shows.
Just Hassle Free
I am from South London and genuine cars and honest people are few and far betwewn, if these guys have the car you are looking for, go there first

10 Out Of 10
Had to write about my experience at this garage as my husband and I were so impressed. They were so helpful and efficient from start to finish. The salesman we dealt with couldn't have done enough for us. 10 out of 10 from us. well done!

Best Service I Have Ever Had!!
I rarely write a review but i'm so impressed with their approach I had to speak of my experience. I have popped in to the forecourt a few times over the last few months to see if anything caught my eye, as i'm very particular so it can take a while to find what i'm looking for. Anyway i was greeted every time with a smile and no pressure, i was offered advice on a few cars that i was interested in, even left with the keys to the cars to have a sit in and think about my options. I'm not the easiest to deal with due to my fussy nature but they were very patient and just generally very nice people, which made my experience extremely pleasant. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful 2010 BMW X5.
Due to the laid back approach and trust in new customers, i will be returning to look for a car to purchase for my daughter who has recently passed her driving test. I feel that they would be able to provide good knowledge regarding this purchase, and advise on a car that would be suitable for a first time driver.

No Warranty Provided On 2 Year Old Car
I purchased a 2 year old car with what I was told would be the balance of manufacturers warranty , the appropriate service was not carried out , so the Mfr warranty expired. Whilst the garage reluctantly agreed after some argument, to pay for the required service direct to the garage , when I went to pick it up , the service had not been paid for and I have had to pay for it myself . I am now finding difficult to get Auto Sportiva to reimburse the service fee.

Refreshing Sales Approach
I haven't had a great deal of luck over the years with previous garages, pushey sales, unpersonal and even some rude staff, I change my cars a lot as I get bored easy and I can easily say Auto-sportiva will be my first port of call for when I look to change again, My Range Rover Vogue was beautifully presented, first impressions are so important and I knew from my first impression that I was in good hands, I was welcomed with a smile and left with the keys for 10 minutes before I was aksked if I would like to go for a test drive, I was amazed with the level of trust I was given as they allowed me and my wife to test drive the car on our own, We enjoined the drive the Range Rover so much we quickly put down a deposit. We could not fault the service we had. Thank you once again
See you soon no doubt.

Selling Cars With Hidden Issues
There is two great salesman who are really taking care of their customers...until the 3months warranty expires (two months and 3weeks) I bought a car from them and two weeks after I had to get back to their car service because my lovely car had an issue with cooling system. Than I got it back and enjoyed for 4 and a half weeks than realised still had a problem with the cooling system. So tried to arrange a service by myself but when reached the car service they said all good , maybe got a small leak somewhere?!?!? And just letting me go back home. Than I had to pull over so many times on the motorway because the engine overheated. Than (spent a lots of fuel and own holidays and times ) to get back to them and tried to finally get my cooling system issues fixed.
Than the car spent more than 10days with them(I had to cancel my Christmas holidays worth £2300, because of them) finally got a call the car is fixed and ready for pickup. After a few days of driving I realised there is still something wrong because when driving on a smooth flat surface and holding the steering wheel in position the car smoothly sliding left and right on the road than when the steering wheel turned to any way got a hard cracking popping sound from the front axels. At the next day because I still got more than a week foc warranty ringed them and told the issue i got. They promised that will booking the car in for one more service. Never get back to me on that day but next day noon rang me and tried to trick me, like I'm live 50 min away from the garage so let's find a local mechanic and get a diagnostic on my own cost(got more than a week foc warranty) and if they find the problem just let my dealer know.... I did not do that just tried to call the dealer to arrange that service. They said they paid more than 1k for the previous service so they are done. But on the warranty slip there was a limit in black and white : 1k per claim not 1k per 3months...anyway they never arranged that service for me in the 3 months warranty and this issue never been fixed. Now I went to a ford specialist who said this car had this issue longer than I owning so the car have been sold with hidden known issues....auto sportiva is an unfair company. I not recommend to anyone!!! Do not buy from them. I got a ford smax and now need to spend more than 1k to fix the hidden issues. Scrap
Dear Auto Sportiva Team,
Thank you for your comment. The only thing I would not understood why you wanted me to find a local garage and pay the diagnostic cost from my own if I still got a 10 days warranty on the Smax. You tried to mentioned that this is the easiest way as I'am live more than 50min away from your garage but like I said in the phone I was taking a day off from my annual work holiday to take the car to your garage and fixing that axel issues. My mechanic said that if you call me in on time (still in your warranty) you might need to pay an additional axels replacement as tis was the main issue before the cooling system problems. I know you are doing your best and you should understand customers will not make their booked aboard holidays in your currency vehicle as anything can happening during that 1000 miles and the vehicle is not own that is currency. but mainly i was really happy with my purchase until one of you tried to pass the last axel issue away and wanted to pay diagnostic out of my pocket and still got more than a week warranty. I also understood your concern about the lots of money you paid out during that 2 months and 3 weeks but this looks like the vehicle you sold was not ready to be selling. And please do not telling me that a diesel 6gear vehicle even if it has 7 seats in it and got 107k in clock that is high mileage. i was always driving diesel vehicles since owning my licence(16years) and my oldest one got 110k. That is not high in a diesel one. if its petrol i would say wow yes but in a diesel no. High mileage is from 150k in a diesel minimum. what i bought is basically a mechanical failure. on my way back home from you i realised so many troubles as you know. anyway in that 1st three months i spent almost more time in a currency vehicle than in my own one. So finally you did not inspected the vehicle very well and a 2007 car with 107k in the clock is NOT old . there is so many other things you might not know about the smax or you knew depends how professional is the garage you use (1st time i mentioned there is somethings wrong with the right front wheels, feeling vibration on it during driving they fixed with that cooling hoses and when i picked up on the way back home just laughed in my mind as the vehicle got that vibration movement on its steering wheels much worst than before i dropped off). Anyway I'm so disappointed with this purchase and my BIGGEST ISSUE, IS That LAST 10 DAYS OF WARRANTY!!!
Kind Regards
Mr AHollo
Hi,
Thank you for your review. At Auto-Sportiva we honour all of our warranties and will always do what we can for our customers however unfortunately cars are full of electrical and mechanical components and things do go wrong from time to time. We find it hard to see why you think we would allow your vehicle to leave with "hidden issues" and for us to then spend £1000 on the vehicle to rectify this. Prior to any vehicle leaving us we have an independent garage inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets our high standards and is roadworthy at the point of sale however as previously stated cars have a tendency to go wrong from time to time. Not that we would want you to deter from buying a older high mileage vehicle but the vehicle you purchased was coming up for 10 years old with over 107,000 miles on the clock and so therefore is always going to be more prone to these kind of issues. Anyhow we also lent you one of our courtesy vehicles for you to use in the mean time and offered you the use of this vehicle for your holiday which you then informed us you had actually chosen to postpone for a week and this was not an issue for you.
We have sold thousands of vehicles during the last seven years and do our upmost to provide our customers with not only fantastic customer service but a really nice vehicle too. Warranty repair work is just a part of everyday business for the motor industry and we have never shied away from helping customers and, as you state, we had the vehicle back to our warranty service centre to do any repairs the car needed. We always recommend to all of our customers that you extend your warranty past the 3 months that is given in the price. Lastly, we would like to apologise if you don't feel we met your standards however don't feel we could have done anymore.
Many thanks,
The Auto-Sportiva Team.

Never bought a Second hand car before as have always bought new so was a little nervous but thus far it has been spot on. Really nice friendly guys and feel I paid a fair price. It may not have been the cheapest on the market but I felt really comfortable with the place and the condition of the car. So far so good!
