Rip Off People

Stay well away from this company only had my car 9 months and it's had to have over £800 worth of work. Windscreen, loose rear doors, Break disc's, ball joint, fuel pipe (which was leaking diesel) and now the steering column is starting to go. Total joke these guys

Take A Gamble With These Sharks

The problems with the car should've stopped it from having an mot,but somehow it got a year ticket?? After it broke down on the m25 ten days later it was returned, 3 months later still no money returned. Waiting for courts to sort out now. Then dvla tell me they have resold the vehicle while I still have V5 and a receipt for it!!!

Stay Away Do Not Buy Anything From This Place

Paid the right amount of money for the year and mileage,it had a new mot the day before but the next day found why the heater didn't work because it was bypassed! And that there was a bad diesel leak that should of failed the mot.Salesman would not give me back my money now unable to get anywhere with them...

Terrible

Read reviews on this company and was appalled ...but unfortunately by the time I'd emailed ny husband to tell him we need to steer clear from this dodgy dealer - it was too late.......he'd paid the deposit.

The Man Makes Del Trotter Look Above Board

The company has traded as bexley trade center , motorcare cars , and now approved cars , the man you are all looking to find for monies owed or refunded is a Mr Jason Clement , also known as Jay clement , Jay Clemencie . He lives at 32 Anvil Terrance Bexley Park .

Very Pleased

i bought a car from approved cars in sidcup, they are very helpful and got the best deal for me on the finance at a very low interest rate...the car is lovely and drives very well and has low milage, and they even gave me a years mot and tax on the car and I am very pleased with the service I got.... I cannot fault them and I would recommend them

So I must say I disagree with previous review I'm afraid

Approved Cars (sidcup) Are Crooks - Be Warned

On no account go to Approved Cars, Westwood Lane Sidcup, to buy your cars.

Previously trading under Motorcare Cars, they sell faulty cars and rip you off. County Court judegements are worthless because they simply change the name of the company and move on - and so the Bailiffs can do nothing.

In my case they kept the car AND the money - lost £3500.

Anyone else had a similar problem please contact me as we need all the help we can get to corner these crooks.

Had any luck tracking these guys down?

adeysolaris

Sorry to hear that. If you do go through the County Court make sure you state in your papers that they are likely to stall for time with some excuses about illness. I'd get the Bailiffs around there double quick time...

BanditBasher

I totally agree they need some sort of payback the stress they have caused us and the hassle and money lost these people should not be allowed to get away with it

BanditBasher

We have had a awful time with this car dealer...sold us a heap of a car and it has spent more time back in their garage than on my drive...

Same here! I brought a TT from them two months ago. Warning signs were there early on as the sales guy wasted my time a few times when I went to pick up the car. 1st night of ownership I almost crashed as the petrol gauge was faulty and I ran out of petrol on the motorway with my GF. Called them the next day and they said they would look at it. After much conversations, more wasted time and empty promises they eventually took the car two weeks ago and said it would be ready within a week. I've had to chase them constantly to find out what's been going on. Today 08/05/13 I had enough as was promised by mid day. After speaking to [name removed] a few times he tried to fob me off with a story that it was hand delivered to the company BBA Reman only last week! When I called the company they told me that it was delivered by UPS this morning and it usually takes 2-3 days to repair the fault. I'm the wrong guy to mess with so they'll get what's coming to them. I'm sure we're not the only one's fuming now but £6,000 is money I've worked very hard for and not having these low life mess me about. Let's get them!
