“Non existent customer service”

I placed an order back in November and never heard a word from this company for a month. I contacted them asking where my order was? Was told it was out of stock! They took the payment immediately and didn't have the customer service or awareness to let me know my item was not even in stock! Its the 15th of January and i still haven't received my order. “never got my money back”

Hi I ordered an item and was told it was not on stock. I waited few weeks, then cancled the order. They told me that I would get my money back, but it could take 28 working days. “Ordered Mats for my van”

“Worst service I've ever experienced”

I bought a caravan awning from proppa.com priced at £210. I paid instantly by Paypal. I then heard nothing for two weeks. Concerned, I tried numerous times to contact them via their 'live online support' function on their website, with no joy - there was never anyone on the other end. I emailed them twice, no response.
