Applied for a mortgage several weeks ago, for the last week or so our broker has been chasing it daily, as have we, but there is just no movement and no one providing any information. We have had four final deadlines that we will 'definitely receive a decision by' but they have come and gone.

We were fast tracked to receive a decision but again the deadline came and went. Withdrew our application and went with another lender, received approval within 3 working days. Avoid Natwest.
