The service provided by One77 for our first mortgage was fantastic. They were super efficient and willing to help whenever I called or emailed. Their knowledge of the industry was impressive and directed. As a first time buyer, I knew little about the process and they talked me through all the stages, making it easy to understand and manageable, but not patronising either. They didn't fill their emails/phone calls with industry jargon and were thorough in their searches. I really appreciated their advice and guidance through the process and trusted their suggestions. I'll definitely be giving them a call when I'm ready to take the next step up the ladder.
