“Poor Service”

I can honestly say the service from Leap Finance is very poor. Initially I dealt with a very nice gentleman over the phone who couldn't have been more helpful, very good product knowledge, and explained what was going on in the market. Arranged an appointment with a mortgage advisor for a time that suited our needs. On the evening of the appointment a lady called saying she was the diary manager said that the advisor was stuck in traffic and we would need to re-arrange as it was unlikely that he would get there on the time we agreed. Again she was very nice and helpful no problems there. When the advisor did come he seemed nice went through a meeting which went on for 2 and half hours, (we were told it would only take 45-60mins). Then we never heard from him again. He never answered any of my calls to find out what was going on. I rang the office and again they were very friendly think I spoke with the original gentleman that I had dealt with previously. Needless to say we went with a different broker.
