Digusted With The Attitude Of The Staff At The Bos
Digusted with the attitude of the staff at the BOS branch, The Forge, Parkhead, Glasgow. Branch is run by a woman and I have NEVER come across any member of staff, in ANY business with such a terrible and flippant attitude as her. When I challenged her on an answer she THREATENED ME WITH THE CLOSURE OF MY ACCOUNT!! Woeful service yet again from this branch. Unfortunately this review site does not allow 'no stars' or a minus ranking for probably the worse customer service I have EVER encountered anywhere.
