They Are Absolutely Useless, I Have Phoned 7 Times
THey are absolutely useless, I have phoned 7 times today and have been cut off 5 times after negotiatinf their bloody menu system! I am now waiting agin on the phone listening to inane music and a recorded voice. I think the best way to get a response when this bond matures will be to stop paying my mortgage and send them the difference!!

I first put a review about this matter on 5 August. I have still not had the matter sorted out and it is now 3 weeks since my account matured, and I am still waiting for the money back - despite numerous phone calls, emails, etc., The internet access is not working - just the same as the staff.
I tried to send this review without a star rating, but it will not be accepted unless a star rating is awarded !!! So I have had to give it 1 star but really B & M are not worth that much.

I Have Never Been Able To Access Any Account In B
I have NEVER been able to access any account in B & M website.
I have often reported problems to B & M but never get a satisfactory reply.
I have emailed, and phoned to discuss, but still going round in circles.
My Fixed Term Bond matured more than 2 weeks ago, and I am still trying to get my money out. Unable to gain access on the Web, I phoned & explained problem; they said they would write to me but when letter arrived ........B & M replied "see instructions sent with your access token by email (more than 2 years ago !!!) So I am still without my money.

It Is Impossible To Log In To This New Site As It
It is impossible to log in to this new site as it will not accept my password. I had the same problems last week when I had to ring Birmingham Midshires to check my account. They can't understand why it wont work as all my details are correct. Online access 24hrs a day is just not possible. It also does not include all accounts held,unlike other banking sites, which makes it difficult to keep track of everything.

This is appalling ; messy; confused! Previous Birmingham Midshires Internet Banking site was easy to use. This doesn't recognise my username which I know to be correct. Wouldn't give it even one star but there is no such option

Several Times I Haver Tried To Log In To My Birmin
Several times I haver tried to log in to my Birmingham Midshires Internet Banking account. Each time I have been told my user name is not recognised. I telephoned, obtained confirmation by letter that the user name was correct; still cannot log in. This of course renders the site useless.
