Been with nationwide a year and always feel unwelcome when you go into the Stockport branch. staff are either fake smiles or rude and unfriendly.

the crunch came today when my partner was treated like she was lower class. we complained and said we were both closing our accounts immediately.Instead of asking if there was anything he could do to resolve it, the response was. We also had problems with the unfriendly staff at the Ashton-under- Lyne branch.
